On 4/29/09 Victim dialed 911 advising that she had been assaulted by her aunt. Upon deputy arrival contact was made with suspect who admitted to slapping victim because she was not listening to her. Suspect also stated she unplugged the telephone when victim was calling 911. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On above date victim reported that her guest houses were broken into between 4/23/09 at 1630 hours and 4/28/09 at 1500 hours. Victim stated the doors appeared tobe kicked in and nothing appeared to have been taken. Victim stated that she arrived at the guesthouse and found front door hanging by one door hinge. Estimated damage amount is about $1000.00.

On the above date the victim called our agency to report a burglary at his residence that occured on 04-26-09 between the hours of 2:00AM and 10:00AM. Entry was gained through an unlocked bedroom window. Taken was his wallet with several credit cards and $900.00 in cash.

On teh above date, the above named officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant for speeding. Upon making contact witht he defendant, he displayed signs of impairment. Defendant failed field tests and was arrested. A check of his driver's status showed that he had a revoked driver's license. Defendant had a .18 BrAC and was transported and booked accordingly at the adult detention center.

Charged: Kidnapping, Robbery, False Imprisonment (2 cts), Intimidation of a witness (2 cts), Battery against a household member, Interference with communications, Assault on a peace officer, and a bench warrant out of First Judicial District Court for failure to comply with conditions of release from Santa Fe Electronic Monitoring.
Deputies responded to a report of a female being held against her will. It was reported that the victim called a friend telling her she was being held by her boyfriend (suspect). Deputies were alerted of the suspect at above location. Deputies located suspect hiding in bathroom at above location. Victim stated suspect forced her at knife point to withdraw money from bank and would not allow her to call police. Suspect also reportedly threatened others not to open door to the home for police. Suspect took victim's phone and damaged it. Suspect had struck victim several times. Suspect also threatened deputy that he was going to kill him. Suspect had an active bench warrant out of the First Judicial District Court for failure to comply with conditions of release from Santa Fe Electronic Monitoring. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Victim reported that on 4/28/09 between 0730 and 1500 hours unknown persons broke into his homa and garage and took a house phone, 20-25 DVDs and 3 chain saws. No suspects are known. Entry was gained through a side door. Estimated damage amount is $25.00.

On 4/28/09 deputy observed vehicle at above location commit several vehicle infractions. A traffic stop was conducted in which the suspect had 2 active bench warrants out of Santa Fe Municipal Court for failure to appear. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.

On above date victim reported he received mail from a finance company demanding action on an account or it would be forwarded to a collection agency. Victim called finance company and learned the original account was opened on 7/21/07 and total charges were about $420.00 which was originally activated from his Chase Visa credit card.
