ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS STOPPED FOR FAILING TO MAINTAIN HIS LANE OF ROADWAY AND EXPIRED REGISTRATION. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE BEEN DRINKING AND UNDER THE INFLUENCE. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER.

On this date unknown suspect (s) entered the victims vehicle through the back window and removed the diaper bag which had a Sanyo digital camera inside of it. Case is under investigation, no suspects located at this time.

CHARGES: AGGRAVATED BATTERY WITH A DEADLY WEAPON, SELLING GIVING ALCOHOL TO A MINOR, WARRANT.
On this date suspects went to the Allsup's where Santiago Garcia attacked an employee there with a rock. Suspects were located and taken into custody on above listed charges. Edgar was arrest due to a warrant. Victim was taken to St. Vincent's Hospital for treatment.

ARRESTED: FREDRICK J. HARPER, 40 YOA
CHARGES: AGGRAVATED ASSAULT OF A HOUSE HOLD MEMBER/BATTERY OF A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER AND DWI
On this date above listed suspect was involved in a domestic with his girlfreind when he removed his 30-06 rifle and threatened her with it, then battered her. Suspect left the resident and was located getting onto I-25 and was found to have the rifle and was intoxicated. Suspect was arrested on above charges and taken to the Adult Detention Center.

Suspect: 30 year old male
On 5/1/09 victim reported that her husband forced her to have anal sex with him about 3 days ago. Victim left residence on foot today and slit her wrists. Victim was also pushed and shoved by suspect. Victim was transported to St. Vincent Hospital for medical tratment. A SANE nurse was requested. Investigations was informed of the incident.

On 5/1/09 deputy was dispatched to Zuni Road in reference to a child abuse. Contact was made with victim who is a juvenile and his mother. Victim stated that he had received bad grades and was afraid to tell his dad, the suspect. Victim stated that he told his dad yesterday and his dad struck him in the face, splitting his lip and struck him in the arm leaving a bruise.

Location : I-25 La Bajada Hill, Santa Fe County
Arrested: Randy Dietsch, age 53
On Friday, May 1, 2009 at 9:53 am, victim reported that while travelling Northbound in his Peterbilt truck with belly dump trailer on Interstate 25 on La Bajada Hill, he had the driver of a white Ford van point at him what he perceived to be a semi automatic pistol. He stated that he was in fact in fear for his life. Victim went on to report that the driver of the white Ford van had stopped at Mile Post 273. Deputies made contact with the driver of the Ford Van, Mr Randy Dietsch. Deputies asked him if he had encountered a truck driver earlier, to which he said yes, that the belly dump trailer had nearly run him off the road, so he pointed his finger at the driver of the truck and then pulled out a plastic replica pistol, in what he described as an attempt to scare off the truck driver. Mr Dietsch was placed under arrest and transported him to Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center where he was charged and booked.Deputy assigned: Deputy Solomon Romero

On 4/30/09 at above location unknown suspect(s) kicked in the front door to gain entry into the residence. Suspect(s) took a Cannon Digital Camera, Nikon Digital Camera, 4 Obama campaign pins, misc. jewelry, 2 misc. keys, and a 47" Panasonic TV. Estimated amount taken is $4600.00. Estimated damage to the doors are $6000.00.

On 4/30/09 deputies responded to above location. Suspect was located and was intoxicated. Suspect stated he and victim fought due to victim driving his vehicle while she was intoxicated. Suspect stated victim struck him so he struck her back, in the head. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Charged: Warrant - Failure to Appear
On 4-30-2009 at 6:43 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location at 83 miles per hour in a posted 55 mile per hour speed zone. A check with the New Mexico Crime Information Center revealed that on 2-19-2009 Taos County Magistrate Court Judge Ernest Ortega issued a warrant for the suspect's arrest for Failure to Appear.
