0209001425/ Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle/ 02-15-09

Deputy Assigned: L. Martinez

Commander Entering: Corp. J. Rodriguez

Location: Riverside Mobile Home Park

Stolen: 1987 Mazda B2600 NM 039HMH

On 02-15-2009 the victim reported that the above vehicle was stolen from in front of the office in the Riverside Mobile Home Park. There was no signs of forced entry into the vehicle. The vehicle was entered into NCIC. There are no suspects at this time.

0209001418 Stolen Vehicle 2/15/09

Commander Entering: Lt Jeremy Garcia  Deputy Assigned: Deputy Brien Nissen

Location:  Camino Juliana

Arrested:  Martin Escarcega-Rios Age: 17

 

Victim reported that her vehicle was stolen from her residence.  Vehicle was entered into NCIC.  The above vehicle was found off Airport Road, occupied by the above male and several other children.  The other children were released to their parents.  The above male had an outstanding warrant out of the Juvenile probation Office.  He was booked for the warrant, as well as the stolen vehicle offense.  Also recovered was a runaway child, reported missing out of this Agency.  The vehicle was returned to the owner without damage.

0209001366 Stalking 2/13/09

Commander Entering: Lt Jeremy Garcia  Deputy Assigned: Deputy Nate Segura

Location: Ramon Gomez Lane (El Rancho)

 Victim reported that unknown suspect has been stalking her.  The suspect has been sending her text messages and demanding money from her.  Suspect has threatened to harm victim if she does not comply.  Suspect has alluded to knowing her schedule and that of victim’s children.  This case is still under investigation.

0209001396 Agg Assualt 2/14/09

Commander Entering: Lt Jeremy Garcia  Deputy Assigned: Deputy Jeff Jauquez

Location: Paseo C De Baca  (La Cienega)

Arrested: Vernon Lucero DOB: 1/15/57

 

Deputies responded to above location in reference to an assault .  Victims reported that Mr. Lucero, who is there neighbor has harassed them over the past year.  He has made several threats to harm them and shoot them.  Today, victims reported that suspect armed himself with a firearm and proceeded to walk towards there home in a menacing and threatening manner.

0209001401 False Imprisionment 2/14/09

Location: La Pradera (Santa Fe)

 

Victim reported that her ex-husband broke into her home on Thursday, February 12, 2009.  Victim stated that suspect held her against her will for a few hours before leaving the home.  Victim stated that suspect pushed her, but that she was not injured.  Identification of suspect is pending further investigation.

0209001397 Fatality 2/14/09

Location: Los Pinos Road (La Cienega)

Deceased: Mario Lovato   DOB:9/16/1977

 

Above subject was operating his vehicle, a jeep Cherokee east on Los Pinos.  For unknown reasons, victim veered off the roadway and struck a dirt embankment.  This caused the vehicle to roll.  Victim was ejected from the vehicle.   Victim circum to his injuries at St. Vincent’s Hospital.  Victim was only person involved in crash.

Location: Entrada la Cienega, Santa Fe, NM

Victim reports that her house was burglarized on 2-14-09. The suspect(s) gained entry through an unlocked door and stole two pieces of jewelry totally in value at about $140.00. The suspect(s) are unknown at this time and no witnesses have come forward.

Location: Cerrillos Road/Vegas Verdes Road

Arrested: Jesus Gomez-Rubina - age 22, Santa Fe, NM

On 2/14/09, at about 11:53pm, the above driver was stopped for speeding on Cerrillos Road. The driver exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. He submitted to a breath test and the results were .07 and .06. The driver was booked into ADC accordingly.

Location: I-25 State Road 599

Arrested: Michael Motulewicz 35 Santa Fe

Charged: DWI, Careless Driving

 

The above listed subject was arrested after being involved in a single vehicle crash at the afforementioned location. The subject was administered the Standardized Field Sobriety test and displayed signs of impairment. Subject was administered the breath test the results were .13/.12

Location: Forest Lane- Santa Fe

Stolen: Pace Utility Trailer with Texas Plates, Miscellaneous tools and miscellaneous electrical supplies were also in the trailer.

Value of Items Stolen: $6,000.00

On 02-13-2009 the victim reported that someone stole his Pace Utiliey trailer from a Job Site on Forest Lane. The victim reported that the trailer contained miscellaneous tools and electrical equipment. The victim was unable to provide further vehicle information. The trailer was last seen in the afternoon of 02-12-2009 and dicovered missing on 02-13-2009.
