On this date victim reported that his residence had been burglarized in the past by an unknown suspect where a pair of vintage binoculars and a monocular scope valued at about $750.00 was taken. On 9/23/08 victim found a juvenile male on his roof and believed the incident was related. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

On this date Ms. Romero reported that her 16 year old daughter ranaway from home the night before, after a brief argument. Ms. Romero has been unable to locate her even though she believes she is staying a a friends house. She was entered into NCIC and a photo is on file with the Sheriff's Office.

Above driver was stopped for failing to maintain his lane. He was found to be impaired and he submitted to a breath test - results .17 and .16. The driver was arrested and booked into ADC. He was additionally charged with open container and driver to be licensed.

On 09-23-08 at about 5:56pm, a 911 call was received from a juvenile reported that the above subject had pointed a silver and black handgun at him. There was also a permanent restraining order against the suspect. This case is currently under investigation.

Arrested : Thomas Larson age 48
On the above date, the above named officer assited Deputy Martinez with a traffic stop on the defendant for running a red light. Officer noticed signs of impairment and defendant failed sobriety tests. The defendant had a .24 BrAC and was arrested and transported to the adult detention facility.

Charges: Strong Arm Robbery, Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle, Criminal Tresspassing, Resisting Arrest, DWI and Driving on Suspended Revoked Driver's License
On the above date, officer responded to the above location regarding a robbery. Upon arrival the victim advised that she was attending a party in the neighborhood when she was attacked by the defendant. The victim advised that the defendant after battering her stole her vehicle keys, cell/phone and vehicle. The defendant was later found on Airport Rd. driving the stolen car. A short pursuit was conducted and the defendant was apprehended.
