On 09-18-08 the victim rerported that someone stole the tires and rims from his 2007 Jeep Wrangler. The vehicle had gotten stuck in the Buckman Area off of Santa Fe County 62. The suspect(s) are pending at this time.

Arrested: Jose Velasquez-Chavez - age 28, Santa Fe
Driver was stopped for failing to maintain a lane. He was found to be impaired and he admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to driving. He did not have vehicle insurance, registration or a license. He was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test - results .17 and .20 and .18. He was booked into ADC.

Arrested: 17 year old juvenile male
On 9-18-08 at about 4:06am, deputies made contact with the above juvenile and he was found to have an active warrant. JPO was notified and the juvenile was arrested and booked accordingly.

Victim reports that someone burglarized his residence between 11:30am on 9-17-08 and 12:30am on 9-18-08. Suspect(s) gained entry through an open kitchen window and stole jewelry and a camera. No suspects or witnesses are known at this time.

Suspect: Luis Anchondo Age 18 Santa Fe
Luis Anchondo was arrested on an outstanding Bench Warrant while present at a neighbor dispute on Camino Vista Aurora. He was booked without incident.

Victim stated that on 09-03-08 he arrived home and noticed that the front door to his shed was pryed open. The victim reported that several tools had been stolen from the shed. This case is currently under investigation.

Location: Cedar Creek Apartments- Camimo Julianna
On 09-17-08 Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a possible overdose. Upon arrival Deputies found two male adults were found deceased. The incident is currently under investigation by the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department and The Office of the Medical Investigator. It did not appear that any foul play was involved.

Charges: Battery Against a Household Member
On 09-17-08 Deputies responded to a 911 hang up at the above residence. The above suspect and his wife were in a verbal argument. During the argument the above suspect slapped his wife in the head. The above suspect was transported to the Santa Fe County Jail and booked accordingly.
