Deputies were dispatched to the above area in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival deputies learned between 11/7/2020 and 11/16/2020, unknown suspect(s) took a 2016 white in color Aspen Trail bumper pull Recreation Vehicle from the location. No suspect information at this time.

Suspect: Nathan Carmona / 22yom / Santa Fe, NM

Suspect was observed driving on two flat tires. The suspect was stopped and asked if he was ok. Signs of impairment were observed. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

2020012501 / Battery Against a Household Member / 11/15/2020

Suspect got into an argument with the victim. During the argument, it became physical. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

2020012483-UNLAWFUL TAKING OF A MOTOR VEHICLE

Location: Flower Garland Road (Oshara Village)

Deputies were dispatched to the above area in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival Deputies learned between the hours of 11:00am on 11/14/2020 and 7:30pm on the same date, unknown suspect(s) took a White Ford Econo Club Van.

2020012493-CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Location: Avenida Del Sur and A Van Nu Po, Santa Fe, NM

Sometime between November 7, 2020 and November 15, 2020 unknown persons damaged a chain link fence that surrounds a storage area. Once inside the fenced area the suspect damaged several locks on a recreational vehicle that was on the property. No suspect information at this time.

2020012494-AGGRAVATED DWI

Location: Boneyard Road and Honcho Road, Santa Cruz, NM 

Suspect: James Garcia, 29 y/o male, Espanola, NM

Additional: Stopping, standing, parking on roadway

Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a pickup truck parked in the roadway blocking traffic and there was a male lying in the bed of the pickup. Deputies arrived on scene and suspect admitted to driving the vehicle. Upon further investigation, suspect showed signs of impairment and was arrested for driving under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and/or drugs.

Location: Pueblo Garcia Road and East Frontage Road

Deputies were dispatched to the above area in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival Deputies learned on 11/14/2020, the vehicle was taken by a family member and never returned. Vehicle is a silver Mercedes Benz 300E.

2020012497- Criminal Damage to Property of a Household Member

Location: Old Santa Fe Trail, Santa Fe, NM 

Suspect: Alonzo Moya JR, 31 y/o male, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the residence in reference to male who was breaking windows at the location. Once on scene it was learned the male was the victims son and was angry due to a recent dispute. Suspect was placed under arrest for booked accordingly.

Suspect: Christopher Rodriguez / 40yom / Santa Fe, NM

Suspect was observed committing a traffic violation. During the traffic stop it was learned the driver had a revoked driver's license. Search incident to arrest reviled narcotics on the suspect. Suspect was booked accordingly.

2020012465 / DWI / 11-13-2020

Location: Rabbit Road / St. Francis

Suspect: Lucas Woude / 32yom / Lakewood, CO

Deputies were dispatched the area in reference to a crash. During the investigation, it was determined that suspect may be impaired. The suspect was arrested after a DWI investigation was conducted and booked accordingly.
