Suspect was observed committing a traffic violation. It was learned that the suspect had a revoked driver's license with an arrest clause. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Sometime between November 10, 2020 and November 12, 2020 unknown persons fired a firearm at the victims vehicle causing damage to it. No suspect information at this time.

2020012423/Aggravated DWI/ 11/11/2020

Location: NM 14/ Fire Place, Santa Fe, NM 

Suspect: Cristoval Vigil, 45 y/o male, Graham, NC

Additional: Driver to be licensed & Texting while Driving 

Suspect was stopped for failure to maintain lanes. Upon further investigation, suspect showed signs of impairment and was arrested for driving under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and/or drugs. 

2020012424/ Aggravated Burglary/ 11/11/2020

Suspect: Gregory Jackson 23n y/o male Hobbs, NM

Additional Charges: Auto Burglary

Deputies were dispatched to a burglary in progress at the above location. RECC advised victim could see the suspect in her garage. Deputies arrived and detained the above suspect. The suspect had multiple firearms, ammunition and ropes inside the garage with him. This case is still under  investigation.

2020012421/ Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle/ 11/11/2020

Deputies were dispatched to the above area in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. upon arrival Deputies learned between the hours of 4:30am on 11/11/2020 and 8:30am on same date, unknown suspect(s) took a Green 1999 Big T Trailer.

Suspect: Shannon Uffert/ 40 y/o female /  Madrid, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the above area in reference to an aggravates assault. Victim advised suspect struck with a framing hammer. A warrant was drafted and approved for suspect. 

2020012415 Warrant Arrest 11/11/20

Suspect arrested: C. Ramirez age 44

Suspect was stopped for speeding. It was found that he had a active arrest warrant out of Santa Fe County Magistrate Court. He was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC accordingly.

2020012398 Burglary 11/10/20

Sometime between October 28 and November 11, unknown persons stole a refrigerator and a toilet from a vacant residence. No suspect information at this time.

Suspects: Laura Nagata-Soto/ Age: 53

Charge(s): Driving while license revoked, No registration, No insurance

On November 10, 2020, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a silver Chevy Impala, bearing NM NWM995 for no registration. Contact was made with the driver/suspect. The driver/suspect NM license was ran through NCIC/MVD, which revealed her license was revoked (DWI related). The driver/suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into ADC.

2020012385/Warrant Arrest/11-09-2020

Location: La Puebla Road/Firehouse Road, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Julian Romero, 40 YOM, Alcalde, NM

On Monday, November 9th, 2020, deputies were patrolling the above area when they observed a vehicle commit a traffic infraction. A traffic stop was conducted and it was learned the above suspect had an active arrest warrant out of NM Probation and Parole. The subject was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
