2020012217- Driving on a revoked license

Location: Lower La Joya Rd. Santa Fe County, NM

Arrestee: Danica Quintana 41 YOF

On Monday, November 2, 2020, Deputy Ficke conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle as he was investigating a harassment complaint. The driver was the suspect in the complaint.  An MVD inquiry showed the driver, Danica Quintana's driving privileges were revoked. Quintana was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

2020012223/Burglary/11-02-2020

Location:100 Block of Tesuque Village Road, Santa Fe, NM

Stolen: Epiphone Acoustic Guitar, Bass Guitar, Violin, Google Chrome Book, Sony TV, Vizio TV (Total Value of $2000)

On Monday, November 2nd, 2020, deputies responded to the above location in reference to an after the fact residential burglary. Contact was made with the victim and they between 3:00 pm and 6:15 pm, unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful access to her residence and stole the above mentioned items. No shoe or tire impressions were located and this case remains under investigation.

Location: Henry Lynch/Rufina, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Tristan Dow, 22 YOM

On Monday, November 2nd, 2020, deputies were patrolling the area when they observed a vehicle commit a traffic offense. A traffic stop was conducted and it was learned that the above driver had an active bench warrant out of the Santa Fe Municipal Court. The subject was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Victim reported his identity was used in the course of an fraudulent transaction to obtain services.  This is an on-going investigation.  

2020012203 BURGLARY OF A MOTOR VEHICLE/ LARCENY

Suspect: Unknown

Deputies were dispatched to a burglary/ larceny of a motor vehicle at this location. Property was taken from a vehicle on this property. The offense occurred back on October 25, 2020. This is an on-going investigation.  

2020012202- Unlawful Taking of a motor vehicle

Suspect: Unknown

Deputies were dispatched to a private residence; in reference to a stolen vehicle. This vehicle was stolen from this property. This is an on-going investigation.  

2020012182 Death Investigation

Location: 100 Block of County Road 74, Tesuque, NM

Deceased: Peter Hall, 29 YOM

On Sunday, November 1, 2020, deputies responded to the above area; in reference, to a possible deceased male. Deputies arrived on scene and found the deceased male. OMI responded to the scene. No foul play was observed and the cause of death is still under investigation.

2020012180- Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle

Location: Paseo Mel Senaida, Santa Fe County 

Suspect: Unknown

Deputies were dispatched to a private residence; in reference to a stolen homemade trailer. This trailer was stolen from this property sometime between 7am and 8:50am on Sunday, November 1, 2020. This is an on-going investigation.  

2020012183 BATTERY ON A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER

Suspect: Natasha Trujillo / 27 y/o female / Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to a domestic disturbance. The suspect was arrested and  booked accordingly. 

2020012168 Driving on a revoked license

Location: NM 14 & NM 599 Santa Fe, NM

Arrestee: Jose Rick Chavez Jr., 25 YOM 

On Sunday, October 31st, 2020, Deputy Ficke conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with an improper displayed registration plate. An MVD inquiry showed the driver, Jose Rick Chavez Jr.'s driving privileges were revoked. Chavez was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.
