Charge: Battery Against a Household Member

Deputies responded to a reported medical call in which a female was down inside the residence and a family member had dialed 911 for assistance. An investigation revealed that the female victim had been battered by her husband following a verbal altercation. The female victim was knocked down by her husband. The victim was treated on-scene by medical personnel. The above named suspect was arrested and booked accordingly into the county jail.

Deputies responded to the report of an intoxicated male at the above location. Upon arrival, the above male was located and found to be intoxicated. A warrants check revealed that the subject was wanted out of Sandoval County Magistrate Court for Failure to Appear in Court.

The victim reported that while his vehicle was parked at the above listed address, someone stole a portable tool box from the bed of his 2007 Chevrolet truck. The value of the stolen items was estimated to be $800.00.

Suspect: Harry Rodarte, age 43

Charged: Agg Assault on Household Member, Interference with Commuincations

Deputies responded to the above address, regarding a 911 hang up call.  When they arrived they learned the above suspect had arrived home intoxicated and had pornographic magazines and more alcohol.  His wife refused to let him in the residence with those items and he became upset.  He obtained a 3 foot long wood stick and threatened to hit her.  While victim called Law Enforcement, suspect grabbed the telephone and threw it, while she dialed 911.  The above suspect was arrested for the above charges and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Dentention Center and booked.
