On the above date officer responded to the above location regarding a report of a burglary to motor vehicle. Upon speaking with the victim, he advised that unknown person (s) stole tools from his vehicle totaling $900.00. Three unidentified males were seen in the area prior to officer's arrival. When the three males were confronted by the victim'e neighbor, they threw rocks at him almost striking him. A search of the area for the males was conducted with negative results.

Suspect was observed traveling westbound on Agua Fria at a high rate of speed. the driver failed to stop at the stop sign and continued traveling west on Agua Fria until he stopped in the driveway at 2500 Lopez Lane. Upon contact with driver he displayed signs of impairment. Driver was administered field sobriety test and was placed under arrest. driver submitted to breath the results were .10/.10

suspect was observed traveling southbound on Interstate 25 near MM #263 failing to maintain his lane of travel. upon contact with the driver he displayed signs of impairment. Driver was administered field sobriety test and was placed under arrest. The Driver refused to submitt to a breath test and was booked accordingly

Charges: District Court and Magistrate Court Warrant for Aggravated Battery with a deadly weapon, Aggravated battery, kidnapping, and five counts of criminal sexual penetration.
The above fugitive was extradited from Mexico by the US Marshall's Office and turned over to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department. The above suspect was arrested on the above warrants for the above charges.

On 5/9/08 deputies responded to an activated alarm at the above location. Upon checking the area it was noticed that the chain was cut to the fence. Unknown persons attempted to pry 2 doors. Unknown person(s) gained entry to a trailer. Unknown person(s) took scaffolding and possibly other items. Unknown person(s) also entered a storage but unknown if anything was taken. Estimated amount of items taken is unknown at this time. Damage amount is also pending.

Victim left vehicle on side of roadway and went to work in Santa Fe with a friend. Upon returning to his vehicle he found that the driverside lock mechanism was missing. Upon entering the vehicle he found the above items missing.
