On 05-08-08 at approximately 1543-hours, the above person was arrested after he was found inside a residence in the Cottonwood Mobile Home Park. The suspect forced entry into the residence by kicking open the door. The above male was found sleeping in one of the bedrooms in the residence.

Arrested: Douglas Baier - age 38, Albuquerque, NM
Deputies responded to the above location regarding a domestic altercation. After interviewing both parties and a witnesses, allegations were made that the above suspect shoved his girlfriend and pulled her out of the car by her hair. The suspect was also found to have an active warrant. Suspect was arrested on the warrant and charged with domestic battery as well.

Nine year old male disclosed to his school counselor that his unkle had been touching him inappropriately since around thanksgiving. The child's parents were notified by the school. At the time of this report, the suspect had not been interviewed. Investigation into this matter was referred to the Criminal Investigations Divsision.

Charged: Agg. DWI, No Insurance, Driver must be licensed, Failure to dim lights
On 5/8/08 vehicle was called in by a crime check driving reckless in the area. A check of the area was done and vehicle was located with high beams on. Upon contact with driver who was found to be impaired. SFST's were conducted. Driver was placed under arrest. Driver did not have a driver's license and no insurance on the vehicle. Driver was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location: 3800 block of Riverside Drive, Santa Fe, NM
On 5/8/08 deputy observed female walking eastbound on Airport Road at the Agua Fria intersection. She advised that she had been involved in an altercation with her friend in which he grabbed her purse and took off running with it into the Riverside Mobile Home Park. Deputy was contacted later and the purse was recovered with all its contents. Suspect was not located. There were no injuries on the victim.

Location: 6400 block of Camino Tierra Real, Santa Fe, NM
Suspect: Andrew Ortiz, age 46, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Aggravated Assault against a household member, Battery against a household member, Bench warrant out of Santa Fe Municipal Court for failure to appear.
On 5/7/08 deputies responded to the above address in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival victim stated that the suspect had punched him in the mouth and nose with a closed fist. Victim stated that suspect attempted to strike him with a metal bar as suspect was trying to enter the residence. Suspect was located by State Police and was transported to St. Vincent Hospital for a mental evaluation. He was then released and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center and booked accordingly.

Suspect: Santana Duran, age 40 Santa Fe, NM (Pojoaque)
Charged: DWI, Revoked driver's license
On 5/7/08 suspect was involved in a serious single vehicle collision on State Road 503 house #168. Suspect was traveling westbound on SR 503 at a high rate of speed. Susepct lost control of the vehicle and struck a fence and gate and tree. Vehicle suffered heavy damage. Suspect had an odor of a consumed alcoholic beverage on her breath and person. Suspect was airlifted to UNM Hospital for treatment. A blood sample was taken from the suspect . Suspect is listed in critical condition.

On 5-07-08 the above Deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference a domestic dispute. Contact was made with the victim and suspect. Victim had a cut on her upper lip and bite marks on her arm. The suspect was subsequently arrested and booked at the SFC Adult Detention Facility for the above offense.
