On 05-12-08 between 0845-hours and 1800-hours, unknown persons entered the Houston Contruction Business through an unlocked door. Once inside miscellaneous tools were taken.

Arrested: Miguel Cera - age 21, Santa Fe, NM
Above suspect initially fled from the Santa Fe Police Department who were trying to stop him for a traffic stop. The suspect had a fourteen year old juvenile in the vehicle with him at the time. The Santa Fe Police Department terminated the pursuit; however, the suspect vehicle later crashed at the above location. Crash Investigation showed the crash was a result of reckless driving. The suspect fled on foot and left the fourteen year old at the scene of the crash.

On 5/11/08, a 61 year old male was found deceased in his residence by family members. The deceased is believed to have passed away from preexisting medical conditions. No suspicious circumstances were noted at the time of the investigation.

Sometime between 10:00pm on May 9th and 7:15am on May 10th, someone entered the victim's unlocked Ford Explorer and stole several items valued at about $200.00. No suspects or witnesses are known at this time.

On the above date the victim reported that he was patrolling at the movie set at the above location when he saw a black in color Honda stopped on the road. As he was approaching the vehicle an individual got out of the vehicle and fired two shots at him with a firearm. The suspect then fled the area.

On 5/11/08, the assisstant principal of the above location found three classrooms damaged with paint. Estimated damage was $1000.00. Two juveniles, ages 10 and 12 were found in the school and they admitted to doing the damages. Juvenile Probation was notified and the juveniles were released to their mother.
