Victim: HB Construction Company

Sometime this date unknown person cut the lock to the front gate accessed property and and attempted to cut lock to a construction trailer but were unsucessful at this point nothing appears to have been taken. No Suspects at this time.

On the above date the victim reported that his bank had contacted him and told him that someone had withdrew $300.00 from his account. It is unknown at this time how it was done because the victim had all his credit cards with him.

On the above date the victim reported that someone kicked in front door while he was in the residence. Nothing was taken and the suspect left the area before deputies arrived.

On the above date the victim reported that someone broke in to his guest house that is under construction and stole several tools.

Charged:Possession Of a Controlled Sustance To:wit Cocaine, Possession Of Drug Paraphenalia, Obstructing An Officer

On the above date the suspect was reported to be walking in the above area waving around a pair of scisorrs. When contact was made with the suspect he resisted arrest and found to be in possession of cocaine and a syringe.

Abuse of A Child,DWI, Roadways laned for traffic

Arrested: Leopoldo Olivas 53 Santa Fe

Charges: Abandament or Abuse of a child, DWI, Roadways Laned for traffic.

Suspect was abserved traveling westbound on Airport Road nad was unable to maintain his lane of travel. the suspect then began traveling northbound on State road 599 and was straddling the fog line. Upon contact with the driver the odor of alcoholic beverages was detected on his breath. Driver was administered the Standardized Field Sobriety Test and showed signs of impairment. Driver submitted to breath test the results were .11 & .11. the driver had a 10 year old female in his vehicle at the time of the arrest.

Aggravated DWI

Location: Old Airport Road at Airport Road

Arrested: Jose Rosales 20 Santa Fe

Charged: Aggravated DWI,Open Container, No Drivers License

Deputy responded to the above location after it was reported that a vehicle was off the roadway in a ditch. Upon arrival deputies located above suspect sitting in the Drivers seat of the vehicle, with the keys in the ignition. Upon contact with the driver the strong odor of intoxicating beverages was detected on his breath and person as well as several open cans of beer in the vehicle. Suspect was administered the Standardized Field Sobriety test and showed signs of impairment. driver submitted to breath test and the results were .20 & .18. The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center on above charges.

Victim: 74 Year Old Male

Victim was found unresponsive by Medics deceased in bathroom, victim had medical history  no unusual findings classified as Natural causes.
