On 4/22/08 the above suspect was served a bench warrant out of Santa Fe County Magistrate Court for Failure To Appear, while being held at the Santa Fe Country Adult Detention Center.

Location: State Road 14 Mile Marker 29, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Lane Mann, Age 53, Cochiti Lake, NM

Charged: DWI, Open Container, Careless Driving

The above suspect was involved in a motor vehicle crash.  The suspect admitted to being the driver of the vehicle and showed signs of impairment.  He was given SFST's and failed.  Suspect was arrested and given a breath test in which his Brac was .22, .20.  Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Arrested: Maria Rosete age 20

Charges: Driving on a Revoked License

Subject was observed traveling northbound on US 84/285 at about mile post 184 at a 72 miles per hour zone in a posted 45 miles per hour zone. Upon running the driver through dispacth it was learned that the driver's license was revoked with the arrest clause. Driver was arrested and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Location of incident: 7000 Block Old Santa Fe Trail

Victim: 72 year old male

Victim reports that on this date between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m, unknown persons entered by unknown meands and removed a Laptop computer, misc jewelery  gold coins and documents.  No suspects are know at this time.

Victim: 25 year old female

Vehicle: 2005 Jetta four door

Victim reported that on this date between the hours 3:00 and 4:00 p.m., victims vehicle was burgalrized entry was gained by breaking passenger window and and reached in and removed victims purse containing misc. items drivers license and Visa card. No suspects are known.

On this date between the hours of  unknow suspect(s) entered a shed at the the above location and removed assorted power tools valued at approximately $3000.00. A possible juvenile was identified as suspect.

Victim reported that sometime between 2-27-08 and 4-20-08 her residence was unlawfully entered and several bottles of whisky were consumed.  Victim received information that some acquaintances had entered into her residence while she was out of town and had a party.  Further investigation into this matter is pending.

Arrested: Carl Archuleta 24 1388 Nelson Lp. Santa Fe, NM

On 04-20-08 at approximately 12:00 pm the above subject was involved in a domestic disturbance with his mother and younger brother.  During this dispute he threatened his mother and head butted his brother.  Carl was arrested and booked on  a charge of battery against a house hold member and assault against a houshold member.

Suspect/Arrested: Pending

Victim reported that on 4-19-08 at approximately 1:35 pm he observed two males walking near Cerrillos Road and Camino Entrada.  He advised that one of the males was wearing a custom NFL Jersey that was stolen from his residence on 4-1-08.  Victim advised that the burglary of his residence was not reported to law enforcement.  The males were located and property belonging to the victim was recovered.  Charges are currently pending.

Victim reported that on 4-17-08 between 4:00pm and 5:00pm an unknown person stole a Panasonic Digital Video Camera from the Board Meeting Room at the Santa Fe Community College.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.
