On 4/26/08, suspect was involved in a domestic dispute , left her residence in a 1999 Saturn 4Dr, NM JLW-273, and drove to the Allsups store, where she was located in the vehicle. Suspect was arrested, and charged accordingly.

Suspect: 33 yr old Male Mexican National

 Victim: 24 yr old female

Charges: pending

On 4/25/08 at approx 1030pm, victim was at party, and met a man. After a while they both went outside to smoke, and she claims that he started kissingg her, and forced her to the ground, near a tool shed, and raped her. Suspect claims the sex was consentual. Investigation continues.

0208003409 Auto Burglary 04-26-08

Location: 6400 Cypress St. SFNM (Cottonwood MHP)

On the above date officers responded to an auto burglary in progress whereby the victim had chased the suspects from her vehicle.  Upon arrival it was learned that the suspects had broken the window to the victim's vehicle and had stolen two backpacks.  One of the backpacks was recovered.  A complete search of he area was conducted, and the suspects were not located.  Deputy attempted to collect latent prints with negative results.

Taken: 2006 Baja ATV Red/Black in color 125cc No license plate vaslued at $1604.00

Victim: 40 year old male

Victim reports that on this date unknown persons entered his property between 8:00- 11:30 a.m. and stole the above listed ATV, No suspects at this time.

Case # 0208003377, Driving While Intoxicated, Careless Driving, Date: 04/24/08.

Suspect: Jose I Medina, Age 56, Santa Fe, NM

Charged: DWI, Careless Driving.

The above suspect was stopped for not maintaining his traffic lane.  The suspect had a strong ordor of consumed alcoholic beverage on his breath.  The suspect displayed signs of impairment during the SFST's.  He could not provide a breath test and was taken to St. Vincent's Hospital to have blood drawn, test results are pending.  He was arrested and booked at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 4/23/08, deputy served above warrant on suspect at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center where he was incarcerated.  Warrant is out of the Metropolitan Court in Bernalillo County.

Victim reports that home was entered by force, kicking in rear door and a .22 cal. rifle, a compound bow, an electric guitar with amp as well as a jar of change is reported missing.  Case is under investigation.

Victim is 16 years of age recently gave birth.  She stated she became pregnant from having intercourse with a 23 year old male when she was 15. The case was forwarded to the criminal investigations division and is currently under investigation.

Victim reports that sometime between January 7, 2008 and April 18, 2008, someone stole ten of her bank checks and used them in the Walmart of Santa Fe.  Victim stated the checks may have been stolen from her mail box.  No suspects are known at this time.
