On 4/10/08, suspect was involved in a serious motor vehicle collision on Cerrillos Road & I-25.  Suspect was travelling at a high rate of speed and weaving in & out of traffic.  Suspect appeared to be impaired and a blood sample was obtained.  Suspect was admitted into St. Vincent Hospital.

On 04-10-08 the victim reported that she returned home at approximately 1700-hours to find her front door damaged and her television missing. Upon furthe checking of the residence the additional items were stolen.

Value of items: $6,550.00

On 04-10-08 the vicitm reported that between 0730-hours and 1550-hours someone broke into her residence. Entry was made into the residence by the prying open the front door and breaking the door jam. Once inside the above items were taken from the residence. I neighbor reported seeing a white in color low rider in the area earlier in the day.

Location: Pojoaque High School

On 4/9/08, an adult student was seen giving prescription pills to another juvenile student on the school grounds.  School staff confronted the juvenile student and found in his possession the said pills.  The adult student left prior to being confronted.  At the time of report, the adult student had not been located.

Deputies responded to an activated alarm at the above location and found signs of forced entry.  A walk through of the residence was conducted with the home owner and nothing appeared to be missing or disturbed.  The suspect(s) are unknown at this time.

Victim stated that sometime between 12:00am on 4-8-08 and 12:00pm on 4-9-08, unknown suspect(s) entered her apartment while she was sleeping and stole her purse, laptop computer and vehicle keys.  Victim reported her vehicle was also stolen.  Investigation is still ongoing.  No suspects are known at this time.

Sometime between 11:00am and 2:30pm, on this date, someone through a rock through the victim's residence while she was away and made entry.  Several areas were rummaged through and several items were stolen, to include jewelry and clothing.  No suspects or witnesses are known at this time.

Above subject was already incarcerated and found to have another active arrest warrant.  He was served without incident.

Above subject was found to have an active arrest warrant and was located and arrested at her place of employement without incident.  She was booked into the Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Location: Club Alegria - Agua Fria Road

Victim filed a stolen credit card report to the Santa Fe Police Department.  She later found that the credit card was used to make purchases at the above location in the amount of $37.95.  Suspect(s) are unknown at this time.
