0208003024 Aggraveted DWI

Location: Interstate 25 Mile Marker 264

Arrested: Anthony Benally DOB: 05-16-86

On the above date, the above named defendant was involved in a motor vehilce crash at the above location.  Upon making contact with him, he was found passed out at.  Suspect was unable to complete Field Sobritiy tests.  Suspect had a blood alcohol content of .19 and .18.  He was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center and booked accordingly.

0208003023 Armed Robbery 04-13-08

On the above date at approximately 2:30am two unidentified male subjects walked into the All Sups convienent store at the above location.  Both of the suspects had their faces concealled by pulling up their t-Shirts.  One of the males produced a handgun and pointed it at the store clerk and demanded that she open the register.  Once she opned the register, the suspect reached over and grabbed the cash.  Both suspects then fled the scene on foot.  The scene was turned over to the Criminal Investigatons Division.

On the above date, the above named defendant was arrested after he had battered his girlfriend.  Victim did have signs of minor injury.

On the above date, the above named defendant was found to be intoxicated while operating a motor vehicle.  Suspect refused to submit to a breath test.  During his search by jail staff, a small amount of suspected cocaine was locted in his pocket.  He was charge accordingly.

Arrested: Ludy Padilla (AKA Medida) DOB: 06-28-69

On the above date, at approximately 1945 hrs. a traffic stop was conducted on a 1996 Nissan which was traveling onto Airport Rd.  Upon making contact with the driver he displyed several signs of impairment. Suspect had a BrAC of .23 and .24.  Suspect did not possess a valid drivers license.  He was arreested and transported to the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

On the above date the victim reported that a male suspect gained entry to her residence through an unlocked door while she was taking a shower. The suspect stole a TV, a laptop and a camera. The victim was able to see the suspect drive away in a dark in color van or suv.

On the above date the victim reported that someone forced entry to his residence and stole a TV, several pieces of expensive jewelry and $4,200. 00 in cash. There are no suspects at this time.

On 4-10-08, Deputies were dispatched to the above area in refernce to a suspicious vehicle.  Deputies located vehicle on scene and initiated a traffic stop.  It was learned that suspect had a suspended revoked driver license.  Suspect was arrested, transported and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Adult Dtention Center.

Suspect:  Ernesto Becerra, age 22, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Battery against a household member and a bench warrant out of Santa Fe District Court charging Burglary, Larceny Conspiracy, Theft of a credit card, and Fraudulent use of a credit card

On 4/10/08, deputies responded to a domestic disturbance at the above location.  Suspect struck victim after a verbal argument.  Suspect grabbed victim by the throat and then grabbed victim by the arm and pushed her into the livingroom from the bedroom.  Victim sustained bruising and red marks to her left arm and upper chest area.  Suspect was then arrested and was found to have an active warrant out of Santa Fe District Court.  Suspect was then transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center and booked accordingly.
