Victim reported he was scammed by an unknown suspect posing as an FBI agent who wanted him to pay a fine or face deportation.  The victim made payment and later found out the phone call was fraudulent.  Case is under investigation.

Unknown suspects gained entry into the victim's vehicle through the driver side window that was slightly open and stole a lunch box that was found thrown on the ground near the vehicle.  Case is under investigation.

Location: 4200 block of Agua Fria  Santa Fe, NM

Person Arrested:  Marcos Guevera 22 yo Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the above location regarding a motor vehicle crash. The above listed was driving a 1998 Honda Accord and struck a parked vehicle. Field Sobriety Tests were given, subject showed signs of impairment, he was arrested and booked accordingly.

On 4/28/20, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a white 2007 GMC Yukon. The suspect failed to provide his true identity. After learning his name it was determined the suspect was driving on a revoked license. It was also learned the suspect had two outstanding warrants for his arrest. The passenger in the vehicle was found to be a runaway/missing juvenile reported to the Santa Fe Police Department. SFPD handled the located missing juvenile case. The suspect was arrested and transported to ADC.

On 4/28/20, Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a violation of TRO. The calling party/petitioner advised the suspect was at his residence knocking on the front door. When Deputies arrived to the residence, the suspect was located in an RV camper on the petitioner’s property. It was learned that the suspect was served with a domestic related TRO on the morning of April 27, 2020. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to ADC.

0220006272 Attempted breaking and Entering, Criminal Damage to Property on a Household Member, Stalking 4/26/20

Charges: Attempted breaking and Entering, Criminal Damage to Property on a Household Member, Stalking

On 4/26/2020, Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a male individual trying to break in to his ex-girlfriend’s residence. When deputies arrived they located the above suspect sitting in his vehicle, parked in the driveway. The victim reported the suspect texted her and advised he was going over to her residence. When the suspect arrived he attempted to gain entry by opening a window. The suspect removed the victim’s surveillance camera off the mount and placed it in his vehicle. Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to ADC.
