On Friday, April 24th, 2020 deputies responded to a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, it was learned the suspect was caught stealing property by the homeowner. The suspect unlawfully entered two storage buildings on the property and stole miscellaneous power and hand tools. The suspect was arrested and booked without incident.

On Friday, April 24, 2020 Deputies served an arrest warrant on Martin Salcido while he was incarcerated at the Santa Fe County Jail. The warrant was for Aggravated Burglary, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Criminal Damage to Property.

On Thursday April 23, 2020 Deputies responded to the mentioned location in reference to an auto burglary. The victim reported someone unlawfully entered his vehicle and stole his wallet. The suspect then used his bank card at Walgreens in Santa Fe. There is no suspect info at this time.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location regarding a burglary. It was determined that at 2008 Nissan Xterra had been unlawfully entered through an unlocked door and the center console and glove box rifled through sometime between April 22 at 8:00 pm and April 23 at 2:00 pm. No items were taken.

Charges: Aggravated Fleeing a Law Enforcement Officer, Aggravated Assault upon a Peace Officer, Resisting Evading or Obstructing an Officer, Criminal Damage to Property, Reckless Driving
On Wednesday, April 22, 2020 deputies identified the above suspect who had an active felony arrest warrant. The suspect then attempted to strike deputies with vehicle prior to fleeing the scene. The suspect continued to evade deputies at high rates of speed. The suspect was eventually taken into custody without further incident.

Deputy initiated a traffic stop on the above listed individual, it was found that individual had an active warrant for Battery against a household member and child abuse. Subject was booked into the adult detention center without incident.

On April 21st 2020, deputies responded to the above area for a residential burglary. The victim advised between April 19-21st, unknown suspects gained forced entry into her residence. Once inside, suspects damaged several walls and doors. Suspect information is pending and this case remains under investigation.

On April 22nd 2020 deputies responded to an after the fact residential burglary. The victim advised unknown suspect(s) entered location between 3:30 am and 6:00 am on 04-21-2020. Victim also learned her debit cards were used at local banks. Case is under investigation.
