On Tuesday May 12, 2020 Deputies responded to Santa Fe County Jail and served David Brimhall with an arrest warrant for unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.  Mr. Brimhall was rebooked on the warrant.

Taken: 2 ROLEX WATCHES, 1 ANTIQUE WALKING CANE($18,500)

On Monday May 11, 2020 I made contact via telephone with the listed victim.The victim stated sometime between January 29, 2020 and February 5, 2020 the listed items were stolen from the location by an unknown suspect.

Suspects: Trevord Davidson / Age: 48

Charge(s): Aggravated Stalking

On 5/11/20, Deputies responded to the above location in regards suspicious activity. During the course of the investigation it was reported that the suspect entered his wife residence and removed a vehicle they owned and was driving around the residence. Deputies located the suspect in the area in the vehicle. It was learned the suspect was arrested for domestic violence related charges against his wife in April 2020 and was placed on conditions of release. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to ADC for aggravated stalking for violating his conditions of release order by the court.

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to a male not conscious, not breathing.  Investigation revealed the male passed away due to natural causes, there were no signs of foul play.

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to a 56 year old male not conscious, not breathing.  Investigation revealed the male passed away due to natural causes.  OMI arrived on scene and found no signs of foul play.

Victim: 35 Year Old Male

On May 9, 2020 Deputies were dispatched to above location in regards to an assisting ambulance call.Upon arrival, it was learned that victim was unresponsive and cold to the touch.OMI was called to the scene and no foul play was observed.

Victim: 25 year old female

location 81 CR 102 Chimayo NM

 

 

Deputy dispatched to location in reference to a female laying face down in her underwear. Once on scene and through investigation it was learned the suspect had battered the victim. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into jail without incident.

Items Stolen: Power tools

Arrested: Jose Hernandez-Lemus     Age 22    Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to location reference to a burglary in progress. The victim reported individuals entered the home and stole items from within. Deputies arrived on scene and located the suspect (Hernandez-Lemus) near the home still carrying the items stolen. Hernandez-Lemus was arrested and taken to jail.

Above listed was incarcerated at the adult detention facility, found to have an active warrant for failing to appear in court. Subject was re-booked accordingly.
