A wanted subject was located from a registration check of a vehicle in the parking lot a the Giant gas station. Upon arrest suspected methamphetamine and cocaine was located. The suspect was booked.

Arrested: Kenneth Vaughn III      Age: 27     Abiquiu, NM

Deputies were called to the area for a domestic dispute. Deputies learned the dispute was physical and determined while arguing, Kenneth endangered his two children. Kenneth was arrested and taken to jail.

On April 26, 2019, the above individual was taken into custody at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center on the above warrant He was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

     On April 26, 2019, the victim advised he contacted Geico Insurance Company to sign up for insurance. When the victim provided his driver’s license, the representative advised he already had insurance through them out of the state of Washington. The Victim stated he has never had insurance through Geico, nor has he been to the state of Washington. Suspect information is pending

Suspect: Sabryna Garcia, 41, Santa Fe, NM

On Thursday, April 25, 2019 at approximately 6:13pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in possession of heroin. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult detention Facility without incident.

Suspect: Chris Lievens

The above listed inmate was found to be in possession of a crystal like substance consistent with methamphetamine.  The substance was field tested and yielded a positive result for methamphetamine.

On Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at approximately 8:36pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to stolen checks. Checks were mailed to pay bills, and unknown suspect(s) took the checks, altered them and cashed them. Investigation is ongoing.

Deputy was dispatched to SFCADC in reference to suspect having a pill bottle with yellow and blue pills. Substance was suspected Xanax. Suspect was rebooked.
