A traffic stop was conducted it was revealed that suspect had a revoked DL with an arrest clause. The suspect also got a citation for expired registration. Suspect was  booked into SFCADC.

Location: 100 Block of Bosquciello

Deputies were dispatched to the aforementioned location in reference to a male not responding. Life saving measures were administered to no avail. No foul play suspected.

Victim: 88 year old female

Deputies responded to the aforementioned location in reference to the victim not responsive. Life saving measures were  administered to no avail. No signs of foul play.

Damaged: Two Doors and One Window

Victim reported between 5/2/19 and 5/6/19, unknown suspects attempted to gain entry into her residence by prying open two doors and a window.  Entrance into the residence was not successful.  Case is under investigation.

The listed inmate was found in possession of a black tar like substance consistent with heroin and suboxone pills. Suspect was re-booked accordingly.

Suspect: Antonio Loya

Deputies made contact with the suspect due to outstanding arrest warrants.  Upon arriving at the location the suspect fled on foot and was apprehended a short time later.  Suspect had suboxone on his person without a prescription.  Suspect was booked accordingly.

Arrested: Darin Sapcutt 28 yoa male (Chimayo)

Subject was stopped for a traffic violation and found to have an active felony arrest warrant out of the FIrst Judicial District Court. He was arrested and booked. While being booked a correctional officer, found suspected heroin in the suspects anal area. He was booked without incident. 

Case #0219007505 Driving while license is revoked 05-06-19

Location: Henry Lynch St./ Agua Fria St. 

Arrested: Gerardo Garcia-Rivas (24 yoa male)

Deputy stopped vehicle for driving with no lights on at about 12:45 a.m. The driver concealed his identity and gave a false name. The male then was identified as above listed and found to have a revoked license for a prior DWI conviction. He was booked without incident.
