Location: US 84/285 at NM State Road 106 Espanola, NM

Arrested: Joseph Trujillo      Age: 21   Espanola, NM

Trujillo was stopped by Deputies operating a vehicle after observing a traffic violation. Upon contacting Trujillo, he was found to have three active warrants issued for his arrest. Trujillo was cited for the traffic violations and arrested on the warrants. Trujillo was taken to the Santa Fe County Jail where he was booked accordingly.

Arrested: Job Zoller      Age: 43   Espanola, NM

Deputies responded to location reference to a male passed out behind the steering wheel of a vehicle. Upon arriving, Deputies located a male and determined he was impaired administering sobriety testing. Mr. Zoller was arrested and refused chemical testing. Mr. Zoller was booked into the jail and charged accordingly.

Arrested: Alicia Romero      Age: 39 Santa Fe, NM

Romero was contacted after she was reported having left an argument. Romero was found to have an active warrant issued for her arrest and was arrested without incident. Romero was transported to jail and booked accordingly.

Sherwood was served with an outstanding warrant issued for her arrest while she was incarcerated in the jail.

Charge: Violation of Order of Protection

     On May 16, 2019 Deputies responded to a report of a Violation of Restraining Order. The above arrested person was found to be in the violation of an order of protection issued by the court. He was taken into custody and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Suspect: Patricia Martinez age: 29

Charge: Possession of a Controlled Substance to wit; Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

     On May 16, 2019, the above individual was taken into custody after she was found to have an active bench warrant for her arrest. After being taken into custody she was found in possession of a kit containing of syringes, foil, round metal tin, and two blue tourniquets. Syringes were found to have a black tar substance and a separate syringe found on her person with a brown liquid substance. The substances were identified as heroin. She was booked accordingly.

     On May 16, 2019, the above individual was taken into custody after she was found to have an active bench warrant for her arrest. The warrant was for failure to pay fines. She was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 05-15-19 Deputies made contact with an intoxicated male at the above location. During the contact it was learned he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest out of Taos County Magistrate Court. He was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.
