Deputies were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Investigation revealed the suspect battered the victim in the head several times, would not let her leave the residence and prevented her from contacting Law Enforcement. Suspect was not located and an arrest warrant was drafted and approved.

Victim reported the suspect struck her multiple times with a shower curtain rod and used a power drill to batter her. Suspect broke dishes and plates by throwing them at victim as well as punching holes in the wall and breaking a window. Warrant was drafted and approved for suspect.

Arrested: Miguel Benavente 19 yoa male (Santa Fe)
Subject ran a posted stop sign and was traffic stopped. The subject was found to be operating a motor vehicle with a revoked drivers license. He was arrested and booked into SFADC without further incident.

Suspect: Walter Figueroa-Sanchez 27 yoa male Santa Fe
Vehicle was stopped for being unable to maintain its lane. Driver admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to driving. He submitted to SFST's and signs of impairment were noted. He was arrested and submitted to a breath test which revealed .13 .13 BrAC. He was booked without incident.

Arrested: Genevieve Schoenmann 18 yoa female (Santa Fe)
Charges: DWI
Suspect was observed running a stop sign. She was stopped and found to be impaired due to use of alcohol and marijuana. She was arrested and booked accordingly.

Suspect was involved in a motor vehicle crash had sign of intoxication and was arrested after SFST's. She submitted to a breath test the results were a .10/.10. She was booked.

Victim stated between Friday May 3, 2019 and Friday May 10, 2019 an unknown person cut her lilac bush and took $800 from inside her residence. No suspects at this time.

Victim: Male, 75, Edgewood, NM
On Saturday, May 11, 2019 at approximately 2:45pm, Deputy made contact with the victim, who advised he received a call from an unknown suspect(s) claiming to be able to fix his computer. Victim agreed to allow suspect(s) to use his computer and provided his credit card information. After the call was completed, nothing that was offered was on victim's computer and his computer did not work properly. Investigation is ongoing.
