Vehicle was stopped for traveling 43 mph in a 25 mph zone. The driver had indications of alcohol consumption. SFST's were administered which indicated impairment. He was placed under arrest and agreed to provide a breath sample. The results were a .15/.15. He was booked

Arrested: Desiree Martinez     Age: 32     Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to area reference a suspicious person. Upon contacting and identifying the person as Desiree Martinez, she was found to have an active arrest warrant issued for her. After arrest, Desiree Martinez was also found to have on her person a tar like substance which was heroin. Desiree Martinez was taken to jail and booked accordingly.

Charge: Possession of a Controlled Substance to wit; Methamphetamine

Arrested: Marvin McCallister age: 43

On 05-14-19 Deputy responded to the above location in reference to an inmate being found in possession of a narcotic. Upon arrival it was determined the inmate was in possession  of Methamphetamine powder. He was rebooked accordingly on the above charge.

Location: Via Tertia- Tessera Subdivision

Arrested: Carl Schepens age: 56

Charges: Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon, Battery Upon a Household Member

On 05-14-19 Deputies responded to a Domestic Disturbance at the above location. During the investigation it was determined the above listed suspect battered a family member. It was also learned the suspect had pointed a firearm at the family member. He was arrested and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Case#0219008021 Receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle 05-14-19

Location: 84/285 near NM 502

Arrested: Michael Martinez 24 yoa male (Deming)

Suspect was stopped by Pojoaque Police. The vehicle was found to be stolen and they contacted the Sheriff's Office as they did not have jurisdiction. Upon arrival the male was also found to be intoxicated and operating the motor vehicle. He was arrested and taken to jail without incident.

Suspect had an order for confinement issued by the Santa Fe Magistrate Court. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Suspect: Christian Schadewald-Rodriguez, 29, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: DWI, Speeding

On Monday, May 13, 2019 at approximately 8:02pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a traffic stop conducted by Tesuque Tribal PD for speeding. Suspect is non-native. Contact was made with the driver, the suspect, who showed signs of impairment. The Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and the suspect continued to display signs of impairment. Suspect was placed under arrest and was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory for a blood draw. Suspect refused to submit to chemical testing. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
