Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a domestic dispute. Investigation showed that the suspect battered the victim. Suspect left prior to Deputies arrival. Arrest Warrant was issued for suspects arrest. Victim was taken to a safe location.

On Friday, May 10, 2019 at approximately 7:19pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate who had an outstanding arrest warrant. The warrant was for a probation violation. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Lenares was stopped driving a vehicle after a Deputy observed her commit a traffic offense. Lenares was found to have an active warrant issued for her arrest. Lenares was transported to jail and booked accordingly.

A traffic stop was conducted for speeding, two open containers were observed and indications consistent with alcoholic beverage consumption. SFST's were administered which indicated impairment. Suspect submitted to a PBT as well as a breath test results were a .14/.15. A tow inventory was conducted and a loaded revolver was located between the driver and middle passenger seat. On Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at approximately 2:33pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Victim reported that on May 5, 2019 an unknown suspect(s) entered his girlfriend's vehicle and removed a handgun. Handgun was entered into N.C.I.C. Investigation is ongoing.

On Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at approximately 4:07pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a female who was unresponsive. Medics arrived on scene and life saving efforts were stopped. The Office of the Medical Investigator was called to the scene. There were no signs of foul play. Case was referred to the Office of the Medical Investigator.

The warrant was for the original charges of Speeding. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance x2

On 05-07-19 Deputy was dispatched to a Narcotics Violation at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. Contact was made with the suspect, who was found in possession of a brown tar like substance. The substance was found to  be Heroin. He was also found to be in possession of Subutext, which is also a controlled substance. He was booked accordingly on the above charges.
