Guerrero was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for displaying a fictitious license plate. Upon contacting the driver, the passenger (Guerrero)immediately stated he had outstanding arrests warrants. The warrants were verified and Guerrero was arrested without incident.

On 04-28-19, Deputies were dispatched to the Santa Fe County Jail in reference to an inmate being found in possession of a controlled substance. Contact was made with Jail staff, who stated the above inmate was found to be in possession of suboxone and a hypodermic needle. He was re-booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 04-29-19, the above individual was stopped for a traffic violation. Upon making contact with the drive she was found to have a Revoked License. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. While booking her into the jail, she was found to have narcotics in her possession. She was booked accordingly.
