On Saturday, June 16, 2018 at approximately 3:46pm, deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate who had an outstanding warrant for their arrest. Suspect had an outstanding arrest warrant for the original charges of Aggravated DWI, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Careless Driving, and No Proof of Insurance. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Vehicle: 2008 silver Honda Accord
Suspect: Melonie Rodriguez, 34, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving
On Saturday, June 16, 2018 at approximately 6:55pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Witnesses observed the vehicle swerving. The vehicle then crashed into a vehicle that was parked on the shoulder. Suspect showed signs of impairment and the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered. Suspect continued to display signs of impairment and was placed under arrest for DWI. Suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to submit to a breath test. Both test results were more than double the legal limit. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Victim advised unknown suspects caused damage to four AC units and stole various parts. Case is under investigation.

Suspect: Levi Boultinghouse, 28, Edgewood, NM
Charges: Battery Against a Household Member, Criminal Damage to Property of a Household Member
On Friday, June 15, 2018 at approximately 5:40pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. During an argument the suspect battered the victim and damaged a door. Suspect also had two outstanding arrest warrants for Shoplifting and Battery Against a Household Member. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one received any life threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

Suspect was stopped for DWI and had an active warrant for failure to appear in Metro Court. Suspect was booked without incident.

Location: I-25 MM 173
Several callers called into RECC of a reckless driver. Deputies were dispatched to the aforementioned area. Deputies located suspect observed driver driving and initiated a traffic stop. Upon contact deputies noted a heavy odor of alcoholic beverages. The driver refused SFTS but submitted to a breath test. Test results were .26- .26. The driver was booked without incident.

Taken: 2012 Hawk Utility Trailer bearing NM 12996TRJ
Victim stated at 6:30PM he observed an unknown male connecting his trailer to the back of a black in color dually pickup and leave his property. No suspect information at this time. Vehicle was entered into NCIC.

On Thursday June 14, 2018 Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to a fraud. It was learned an unknown suspect purchased 4 tires with the victims credit card. Unknown suspect info at this time.

The victim reported to deputy that a work van had been burglarized at the Siler Park Lane address and then learned that his business located at the Bisbee Court address had also been entered with items stolen. Case is under investigation.
