Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, it was learned the suspect had struck the victim during an argument. The suspect was arrested without incident and taken to jail where he was booked accordingly.

Arrested: Chris Moya Age: 55 Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, it was learned the suspect struck the victim who is a family member. The suspect then became loud and screaming obscenities to area neighbors. The suspect was arrested and was taken to jail and booked accordingly.

Victim reported to Deputy upon arriving to his home, he observed unknown persons had forced entry into the home and stole the listed type of items. Case is under investigation.

On the aforementioned date, Deputies made contact with the victim in reference to a report of Identity Theft and Fraudulent activity. Upon speaking with the victim it was discovered that a collections agency out of Louisiana was attempting to collect for a past due account. The victim had never resided in Louisiana and has no family in that state. This case is currently under investigation.

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to a report of Criminal Damage. Upon speaking with the reporting party/victim, it was learned that damaged was allegedly caused to the victim's vehicle while parked in the parking lot of the college. This case is currently under investigation.

The victim stated that sometime between the hours of 12:00 noon and 8:00pm someone stole a 15 X 25 trampoline from her back yard. Value $700.00

Suspect: James Matthew Martinez – 36 - Gallina, NM
Charges: Aggravated DWI – Possession of Controlled Substance – Driving while license Revoked – No proof of Insurance – Driving on roadways laned for traffic – Evidence of Registration
Suspect was observed not maintaining a proper lane of travel. Upon being stopped it was learned that the suspect was required to have an interlock in his vehicle. The suspect stated that the interlock has not been working for about a month. The suspect was requested to perform the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and impairment was observed on all of the tests. During the inventory of the vehicle prior to it being seized suspected Heroin was located. The suspect provided a blood sample that was taken at St. Vincent’s Hospital.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Stolen: Vehicle parts, NM License Plate 246WGW
On 06-11-18 the complainant reported he left his vehicle parked on the side of the road at the above listed location on 06-10-18. Upon returning to his vehicle on 6-11-18 he found someone had entered the vehicle and stole several auto parts from the engine compartment, along with his license plate. Suspect information is pending at this time.

On Monday, June 11, 2018 at approximately 8:19pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an aggravated residential burglary. An unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered the residence and removed two handguns, and jewelry. Investigation is ongoing.
