On Thursday, June 7, 2018, Deputies responded to area of W. Sand Sage in reference to a larceny. Victim reported someone stole her wooden bench from her courtyard sometime between 6:00am-4:30pm on June 7, 2018. There is currently no suspect info at this time.

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the above mentioned location in reference to a report of a Burglary. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the community center. Upon gaining entry, the unknown suspect(s) damaged some interior doors. This case is currently under investigation.

Victim reported to deputy that sometime between 12:00 am and 12:30 pm on todays date, unknown persons entered the vehicles and stole the listed type of items. Case is under investigation.

Suspect: Marcos Cervantes Age: 25
On Wednesday, June 6, 2018 Deputies were dispatched to North Sierra Place
for a disorderly conduct. Deputies discovered a verbal domestic occurred over the phone and the suspect unlawfully entered the residence by kicking in the door. Suspect was located at his residence and arrested.

Arrestee: Ricardo Villa-Ibarra
On Wednesday, June 6, 2018 Deputies located the arrestee near an active investigation scene. The arrestee was thought to be a suspect involved and learned he had a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of marijuana. Arrestee was booked at the jail without incident.

Location: Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility
Suspect: Jenny Baca – 29 - Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Possession of Controlled Substance – Cocaine / Suboxone
During a body scan of the suspect an abnormality was detected in her vaginal area. A strip search was conducted and the suspect removed a small tube from her vagina which contained both Suboxone and Cocaine. Additional charges were placed on the suspect for possession of the controlled substances.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Location: US-84/285 – 175 Mile Marker
Suspect: Salomon Zamora – 52 - Albuquerque, NM
Charges: Driving while License Revoked – Roadways laned for traffic – Turning Movements and Required Signals
Narrative: Driver was observed not maintaining proper lanes of travel and not using turn signals when changing lanes. When the driver was stopped he was only able to produce an Identification Card and it was subsequently learned that his driver’s license was revoked, with the arrest clause.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).
