On 06-09-18 the above listed individual was found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of the Santa Fe Municipal Court. He was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

On 06-10-18 contact was made with the above driver after the vehicle she was operating was found stopped at the above location. The driver appeared to be asleep. Upon speaking to the driver signs of intoxication were observed. The driver was unable to perform the SFST's. The driver submitted to a breath test, which was over the .08 legal limit. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly

Deputies were dispatched to an after the fact domestic.  Victim reported her husband pushed her and threw a glass at her.  Victim had injuries consistent with her statements.  Warrant was drafted and approved.  Case is under investigation.

On Friday June 8, 2018 .Deputies conducted a traffic stop with a black in color Chevy Trailblazer bearing New Mexico license plate JGC631 as a result of the vehicle not having operational headlamps at a time lights are required.Contact was made with Juan D Grant, who was identified as the driver of the vehicle. It was discovered he had a revoked driver’s license with the arrest clause pursuant to NMSA 66-8-122(G).The vehicle was found to not be insured or registered. The vehicle was seized and towed to the Santa Fe County Sheriffs seizure lot. Juan D. Grant was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly

 On Friday June 8, 2018 at approximately 10:23PM a traffic stop was conducted on the above vehicle after it was observed traveling at a high rate of speed. Contact was made with the suspect who displayed signs of impairment. SFSTs were administered and the suspect was placed under arrest. Suspect refused to submit to chemical testing. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility Accordingly.

On Friday, June 8, 2018 at approximately 3:32pm, deputy responded to location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. During the past month an unknown suspect(s) took the vehicle from the location. Suspect(s) attempted to use a cancelled credit card that was left in the vehicle. There were also tools and camping gear in the vehicle. Vehicle was entered into N.C.I.C. as stolen. Investigation is ongoing.
