On May 1st, 2018 I was dispatched to Saint Vincent's Hospital in reference to an alleged rape. Upon my arrival I made contact with the victim who stated she met the above suspect in Bernalillo. The victim stated she agreed to get a room at the Cities of Gold. The victim used heroin as well as methamphetamine with the suspect. The victim consumed a beverage of what she thought to be soda the suspect gave her and passed out. The victim had no recollection of what happened after. The victim woke up hours later with all her belonging's missing from the residence and the suspect gone. The victim was not wearing her underware when she woke up and other factors contributing to a possible rape. Detectives arrived on scene and took over the investigation.

Taken: Maroon Kate Spade Bag with matching wallet, Pink Kate Spade make-up bag.
While investigating another burglary, Deputy was advised by the neighbor that their vehicle was also broken into. Deputy learned unknown suspect(s) made entry into an unlocked vehicle and stole listed items. Shoe impressions were located and photographed. Victim noticed the items missing on Saturday, April 28, 2018 but thought the items were just misplaced until she saw Deputies in the area and realized someone stole them. Case in under investigation.

Deputy was dispatched to area in reference to burglary of a motor vehicle. Sometime between April 30, 2018 at 8:00pm and 10:00am on today’s date unknown person(s) made entry into an unlocked vehicle and rummaged through the vehicle. Victim could not identify anything as being stolen.

Sometime between Friday, April 28, 2018 and Saturday, April 29, 2018, unknown suspect stole a blue tire swing and damaged the chains holding the swing on the playground at the listed location. Case is under investigation.

Between 10 Pm on 4/30/18 and 7:00 am on 5/1/18 unknown suspects burglarized two vehicles at the listed location. The case is under investigation.
