On April 30, 2018 at, Deputy responded to location in reference to a Burglary. Suspect stated an unknown person entered her house and stole a book of checks. Victim stated she had not used the account in two weeks. Victim stated she was notified that two checks had been attempted to be cashed, but were not.

Suspects: Pending

On April 30, 2018 at, Deputy responded to location in reference to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. An unknown suspect(s) entered the unlocked vehicle, and stole a Gray Jacket, Gift Cards and a BTR gift box set.

Surveillance video showed a male suspect walking around the parking lot checking for unlocked doors. Video shows male subject removing items from victims 1999 Chevy Caviler.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a stolen utility trailer The victim was not sure when the last time he saw his trailer but here was a suspicious vehicle at the residence on April 26, 2018. The vehicle was entered into NCIC

The victim was involved in an altercation with an unknown female. During the altercation the victim dropped her phone which she believed was picked up by another unknown female. The victim called her phone and spoke with an unknown female who told her she was not going to return it.

On April 29, 2018 Deputies were dispatched to La Cienega in reference to a welfare check.  Deputies made contact with Tanya who had two outstanding warrants for her arrest. Tanya was served with the warrants for failure to comply on the original charges of possession of a controlled substance and leaving the scene of an accident.  Tanya was booked accordingly.

Incident Location: Rancho Viejo Subdivision

Suspect: Ismael Gonzales   Age: 38

On Sunday. April 29, 2018, Deputies were dispatched to the above location in regards to a suspicious person.  Deputies were searching the area when the suspect threw a rock at a deputy but missed him.  Deputies located the suspect and a foot chase ensued.  The suspect was subsequently arrested.

Suspect: Tracy Russell    Age: 57

On Sunday, April 29, 2018, Deputies were dispatched to the aforementioned address in reference to a domestic disturbance.  Investigation revealed the victim and suspect had a verbal argument that escalated to the point where a glass was thrown at the victim.  Suspect was booked accordingly.

0218006401,DWI, 4-28-2018

Deputy Assigned: Antonio Lopez

Commander Entering: Cpl. Marvyn Jaramillo

Location:  22 San Pedro Way, Santa Fe, NM

 Suspect: Tanya Deaguero – 34 - Santa Fe, NM

Charges:  Possession of a controlled substance X3 (Meth, Suboxone,Cocaine), Possession of a drug paraphernalia

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a suspicious vehicle that the occupants in the vehicle were using narcotics.  A traffic stop was conducted and the above subject was found in possession of an orange like strip substance and hypodermic needles.  SFST's were conducted and the above subject showed signs of impairment. Subject was arrested and agreed to a blood draw.  Upon inventory of the vehicle a small plastic baggie containing a crystal like substance was located, which field tested for meth. Subject was transported to Saint Vincent hospital for a blood draw and medical clearance,  While at the hospital, suspect was found with a small white rock that fell out of her hands while in the bathroom.  The white rock field tested positive for cocaine. Subject was booked accordingly at ADC.
