Deceased: Male       Age: 79      Santa Fe,NM

Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to medical personnel requesting assistance. Upon arrival, life saving efforts were being administered to the subject. The deceased did not revive, There was no foul play. OMI was requested and took over the scene.

Deceased: Female      Age: 68        Glorieta ,NM

Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to the deceased being found by  the land lord unconscious and not breathing. Medic personnel arrived on scene and found no signs of life.  OMI responded to location. Case was taken over by OMI.

Victim reported to Deputy he was alerted of several unauthorized charges to his bank account during the time frame of March 19, 2018 to April 19, 2018. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Gloria Martinez age: 47

Charges: Batter Against a Household Member. Criminal Damage to Property of a household Member (under $500.00)

On 04/20/18 Deputies were dispatched to the above residence in reference to a Domestic Dispute. The investigation revealed the above individual battered a family member by striking the member in the face with her hands.  Which caused damage to the eye glasses the family member was wearing. The above individual was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Arrested: Bruce Tafoya age: 27

Charge: Robbery

On April 21, 2018 I was dispatched to the above location in reference to a Robbery in  progress.  Upon arrival I spoke with the Victim who stated the Suspect came up to her, grabbed her purse out of her lap and ran off. The Victim said she chased after the Suspect and the Suspect dropped the purse and exited the casino. After viewing the video footage from the casino floor and observing the Suspect steal the purse, the Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Victim reported to deputy sometime today between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. unknown persons stole the listed items from a storage facility at the location. Case is under investigation.

arrested: Joshua Coriz  33 yoa, Santa Fe NM

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a single vehicle crash on private property.  In addition, the driver was passed out behind the wheel and the vehicle was still in gear.  Contact was made with the above subject.  SFST's were conducted and signs of impairment were observed. Above subject was arrested and NM Implied Consent advisory was read.  Subject provided a breath sample of .16, .16 BraAC. Subject was booked at ADV accordingly.

0218005894 / Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon, Resisting Evading, Criminal Damage to Property, Battery on Peace Officer / 4

Suspect: Maxwell Palmer

Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a female reporting she'd been hit by a car.  Upon arrival it was determined after a verbal altercation the suspect attempted to run over several parties at the residence.  Suspect hid while on scene but was later located and placed under arrest.  After being handcuffed and put in a patrol unit the suspect kicked out the rear passenger window of the patrol unit.  While attempting to stop the suspect from causing further damage, the suspect kicked Deputies in the arms and chest until he was further restrained.  Suspect was arrested and booked on the listed charges.

Arrestee: April Little  Age: 25

On Wednesday, April 18, 2018 Deputies conducted a traffic stop on April and it was discovered she had a warrant for her arrest.  April was served with the warrant for failure to pay fines on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance.  April was booked at ADC.  During the booking process April was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamines.  April was charged and rebooked.

On Wednesday, April 18, 2018 Deputies responded to the Jail to serve an inmate with an arrest warrant.  Franklin was served with the warrant for aggravated assault on a household member. Franklin was rebooked at ADC.
