Arrestee: Luis Garcia  Age: 20

On Wednesday, April 18, 2018 Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Luis and it was discovered he had a warrant for his arrest.  Luis was served with the warrant for failure to pay fines on the original charge of seatbelts required.  Luis was booked at ADC.

Suspect/ Arrested: M. Valdez Age 38

Location: Bar JL Lane

Victims reported suspect started yelling in the middle of the night then punched two holes in the walls of the residence. Suspect then proceded to batter two family members, who recieved minor injuries. Suspected was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County ADC without further incident.

Items Stolen; Check Book

On Tuesday April 17, 2018, Deputies responded to the above mentioned location in reference to a burglary.  Victim reported someone unlawfully  forced entry into his RV through a passenger side window.  Victim stated the suspect stole his check book.  No suspect info at this time.

 Location: US 84/285 and La Puebla Road

Suspect: Lance Pena 22 years old of San Ildefonso Pueblo

 

Deputies were dispatched to the area of US 84/285 and La Puebla Road in reference to a hit and run motor vehicle crash. The suspect vehicle was located, a DWI investigation was conducted and the suspect was subsequently arrested.

Suspect: Jennifer Sisneros

Deputies contacted the suspect during a traffic stop.  During a driver's license inquiry it was found the suspect had a revoked driver's license.  Suspect was arrested and the vehicle was seized per Santa Fe County Ordinance.

Arrested: Anthony Anderson      Age: 39      Nageezi,NM

Deputies were dispatched to the jail in reference to an inmate being found in possession of a deadly weapon. The Inmate, Anthony Anderson, did admit to possessing the weapon and was charged accordingly.
