The above person was contacted during a traffic stop and was found to have an active warrant issued for his arrest.Mr. Grants was arrested without incident and transported to jail where he was booked accordingly.

 Suspect: Efrain Leon-Moscoso – 36 - Santa Fe, NM

Charges: DWI – Open Containers (Alcohol) – Driver must be Licensed

On Saturday, April 7th 2018 at 11:51 pm, deputies were patrolling near the above location, when they located a driver passed out behind the wheel.  Contact was made with the above suspect and he admitted to consuming alcohol.  The suspect appeared highly intoxicated and submitted to field sobriety testing.  Signs of impairment were observed and the suspect was arrested and read the NM Implied Consent Advisory.  Breath results of .29/.29. 

The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to the deceased being found by family. OMI responded to location. Case was taken over by OMI.

Deputy responded to location in reference to victim reporting that someone between the hours of 8:00pm and 8:24am attempted to force entry into the establishment. Victim reported that no entry was made and case is under investigation.

Victim reported to deputy that sometime during the nighttime hours of April 6, 2018, unknown persons attempted to drill open the locking mechanism to the establishment. Victim stated no entry was made. Case is under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a welfare check. Upon arriving, they encountered a male person who identified himself as Billy Spencer. A warrants check was conducted and he was found to have two active warrants issued for his arrest. The subject was arrested without incident.

Arrested: Melissa Rivera      Age: 40    Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a wanted person. Deputies arrested the person and transported her to jail. Upon arriving to the jail, the arrested person was found to be hiding the controlled substance in her body cavity. The arrested person was charged accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a male unconscious not breathing.  Life saving techniques were attempted however the male did not survive.  There were no signs of foul play.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to an narcotic violation.  Suspect was found in possession of suspected Heroin and Suboxone.  Subject was  charged and re-booked.

On Thursday, April 5, 2018 at approximately 7:53pm, deputy was at location in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Suspect had 3 outstanding arrest warrants. Warrants were for Careless Driving, Immediate Notice of Accidents, Child not Properly Restrained in Vehicle, Driving While License Suspended, No Proof of Insurance, Registration Required, Driving While License Suspended, and No Proof of Insurance. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
