Suspect: Carmelita Griego

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to a motor vehicle crash.  During the investigation the suspect was found with a green leafy substance consistent with marijuana and a smoking device.  Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Arrested: Nathan Hamilton    Age:33     Arroyo Seco,NM (Taos)

Nathan Hamilton was stopped by a sheriff's deputy after observing a traffic violation. Upon contacting Hamilton, the deputy observed signs of intoxication and requested he submit to chemical testing. Hamilton agreed and displayed signs of impairment. Hamilton was arrested and agreed to chemical testing. The results of the test were .13, .12. Hamilton was transported to jail where he was booked accordingly.

Stolen: Appliances

Deputies were dispatched to location reference to a burglary. Upon arriving the victim reported sometime between March 28, 2018 and April 9, 2018 unknown persons entered the home and stole the listed items. Case is under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to the area reference to mailbox clusters being damaged. Upon arrival, two mailbox clusters were found to have sustained damage. Case is under investigation.

Deceased: Female      Age: 93         Santa Fe,NM

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to medics responding to an elderly female  breathing irregularly. Medics arrived on scene  and found the victim not conscious and not breathing. In addition, the elderly had a DNR in place. OMI responded to location and found no signs of foul play.

 Suspect: Breanna J. Lujan – Los Alamos, NM

Charges: DWI – Reckless Driving

On the above listed date, Deputy was dispatched to State Rd 4 near mile post 66 in reference to a motor vehicle collision. Upon contact Deputy detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect. The suspect consented to Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and signs of impairment were observed. The Suspect had no priors and the vehicle was towed.

The Suspect's breath test results were: .14 & .14

The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Location: Cities of Gold Road Santa Fe,NM

Arrested: Roy Williams      Age: 43      Santa Fe,NM

Deputies arrested the listed person after Pojoaque Tribal Police observed him commit a traffic violation. Deputies contacted the Mr. Williams and found him to display signs of impairment and the requested he submit to sobriety tests. Mr. Williams complied and he was arrested then submitted to chemical testing. The results of those tests were .18, .18. Mr. Williams was then taken to jail where he was booked accordingly.
