Suspect: Archie Salazar

Deputies were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash with injuries at the listed location.  Upon arrival it was learned a vehicle without headlights had crashed into the rear of another vehicle.  The driver of the vehicle which caused the collision was found to show signs of impairment.  SFST's were conducted and the driver showed several clues during the tests.  NM implied consent was read and the driver agreed to a blood draw.  Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Subject was involved in a two vehicle crash.  During the investigation, it was learned that the subject had an active  bench warrant for failure to appear in court. Subject was arrested and transported to SFCADC where she was charged and booked accordingly.

Victim reported that he attempted to open an account with Dish Network and learned an unknown suspect used his personal information to open an account. Case is under investigation.

Charges: Forgery, Concealing identity, Speeding

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on said person in October 2017. Driver identified himself as another person and signed to pay the ticket. On 3-21-2018 Deputy learned the suspect used the victims personal information when the victim received a letter from MVD suspending his license.  A criminal summons was issued.

Suspect: Dennis Serrano – 28 - Espanola, NM

Charges: Possession of Controlled Substance – Heroin

The suspect was first encountered by the Pojoaque Tribal Police who found him to be in possession of syringes. When deputies arrived on the scene the syringes were checked and one was found to contain some heroin.

The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

On March 22, 2018 Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a motor vehicle crash.  It was learned a an argument ensued between the suspect and driver resulting in the crash.  Suspect admitted to jerking the steering wheel to the right.  Suspect was booked accordingly.

On March 21, 2018 Deputies assisted another agency at a traffic stop.  It was learned the driver had two outstanding warrants for his arrest.  The warrants were for failure to pay fines, on the original charges of expired driver's license and expired registration. Suspect was booked at the Santa Fe County Jail.
