Contact was made with reporting party who advised text messages were received by who she believed was her supervisor. Reporting party advised she was being asked to send gift cards. RP did send two $100.00 gifts but after receiving more demanding messages believed the conversation to be a fraud.

 

No suspect information.

2022005219/ BURGLARY & UNAUTHORIZED TAKING OF A MOTOR VEHICLE

LOCATION: NINE MILE ROAD SANTA FE COUNTY

SUSPECT: UNKNOWN

On 9-9-2022, Deputy Sanchez responded to a residence reference a stolen vehicle. Upon further investigation, Deputy Sanchez learned an unknown individual entered the locked residence and took the resident's wallet and vehicle keys. The suspect fled the area in the resident's vehicle, which was parked in the front yard. This case is under investigation.

Victim 66 year old female

Victim stated between July 21, 2022 and August 14, 2022 an unknown individual(s) obtained her credit card information. The suspect(s) set up a Venmo Account and withdrew $4,000.50 from the victim’s account. No suspect information at this time.

Victim report the that sometime between August 4, 2022 and August 13,2022 someone stole the above items from her residence while she was on vacation. No further information.

On Wednesday, September 7th, 2022, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a female who was not conscious and not breathing. Upon arrival, the female was located deceased. OMI was summoned and based on the investigation, the death appeared to be of natural causes. No signs of foul play.

On 9-6-2022, Deputy V. Baca responded to a residence on the above roadway reference to criminal damage. Deputy Baca learned an unknown person(s) spray painted vulgar wards on the residence causing damage. The damage is estimated between $5,000 to $15,000. At this case is under investigation.   

Case # 2022005122 Missing Person 09-04-22

Location: Casa Rufina Road ( Casa Rufina Apartments)

Missing: Analicia Arias 18 yoa female

Deputies responded to the Casa Rufina Apartments at 1:00 a.m. It was reported the subject left the residence intoxicated on foot and had not returned home. A check of the area was conducted with negative results. Subject was entered into NCIC as a missing person. Investigation is on-going.  

Case # 2022005123 Possession of a controlled substance 09-04-22

Arrested: Kimberly Rivera aka Kimberly Armendariz 48 yoa female

During a patrol of the area, attempting to locate a missing person; the suspect was found asleep in her vehicle. In plain view deputies located suspected fentanyl and crack cocaine in the suspects lap as she slept. She was arrested and booked accordingly. 

CASE#2022005120 AGG. DWI 09-04-22

Location: Tesuque Road (Tesuque)

Arrested: Catherine Ruff 34 yoa female (Denver Co)

Subject was stopped by Tesuque Tribal Police regarding a stop sign violation. TTPD asked for assistance as the subject showed signs of impairment and she was not a native american. Deputy Gioffredo arrived on scene and observed signs of impairment through field sobriety testing. Subject was arrested and refused to provide a breath sample. She was booked into SFADC without incident.

The suspect was stuck near the arroyo and was later found to be impaired. The suspect was arrested without incident.
