Location: residence in the Butterfly Springs Mobile Home Park (Pojoaque)

Arrested: Raul Gutierrez, 38-year-old male from Pojoaque N.M.

On 3-19-17 around 10:00pm the defendant assaulted a household member and the Sheriff's Office was contacted.  Deputies arrived on scene and the defendant became combative and caused a disturbance.  He resisted arrest but was taken into custody.  While being transported to the Santa Fe County Jail he kicked the interior of the patrol unit's door causing damage to the door. 

 

0217003826 / Burglary (Auto), Larceny / 3-20-17

Location: Residence on Calle Del Cedro, Edgewood N.M.

Stolen: 37" Television valued at $500.00

On 3-20-17 the victim reported someone entered their unlocked vehicle and stole a 37" television.  The victim stated the burglary occurred sometime between 3-15-17 after 10-00pm and 3-16-17 before 3:00pm.

 Item: Wallet

Suspect:Older male of native american or asian decent. Drove a green Chevrolet Trailblazer (unknown license plate) with heavy damage to the drivers side of the vehicle.Suspect is believed to be in his 60's with salt and pepper hair Was observed wearing a yellow shirt Suspect is approximatelt 5'5" and weighs approximately 180 Lbs. 

 I was dispatched to the above location in reference to a larceny.I contacted victim via cell phone who  stated he dropped his wallet at the Valero gas station. According to surveilannce video the wallet was dropped at 5:27 pm in between pumps 6 and 7. At 5:29 pm the above listed  suspect was observed picking up the wallet. The case is currently under investigation.

Arrested: Tony Dominguez  - age: 56

Charge: Warrant for Failure to failure to appear

On 03/19/17 the above individual was placed under arrest at the above location for an outstanding Bench Warrant issued out of Santa Fe Municipal Court. The warrant was for Failure to appear. He was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Location: Residence in the Lone Star Mobile Home Park (4241 Agua Fria Street)

Stolen: 2 Televisions and 1 cellular telephone

On 3-19-17 at about 1:00am the victim reported someone entered their home through an unlocked window between the hours of 7:30pm and midnight.  The above items were reported stolen from the home.  

0217003778 / DWI, Abandonment or abuse of a child / 3-18-17

Location: State Road 503 (Nambe area)

Arrested: Theodore Martinez, 35-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

On 3-18-17 at about 8:00pm Mr. Martinez was observed driving a red Chevrolet truck on State Road 503 failing to maintain his lane of travel.  He admitted to smoking Marijuana prior to driving and showed signs of impairment during the standardized field sobriety tests.  He was placed under arrest and submitted to a blood draw.  He was booked int the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly. 

Case#: 0217003745, Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle, 3/18/2017

Incident Location: Roadrunner RV Park (Pojoaque)

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to a report of a stolen RV/Camper.  Upon arrival it was discovered that an unknown person(s) stole a bumper pull type camper. A witness observed an unknown subject hooking up to the camper with a vehicle on March 15th, 2017, at approximately 5:00 AM.  This case is currently under investigation.

Case #0217003724, Altering/False Registration of Motor Vehicle

Location: Mile Marker 183 US Highway 84/285, Santa Fe, NM

Vehicle: silver 2001 Pontiac Bonneville

On Friday, March 17, 2017 at approximately 8:41pm, a traffic stop was conducted with the vehicle. Upon checking the temporary tag that the vehicle was displaying, it was discovered that the temporary tag had been altered. The driver was borrowing the vehicle and did not know the temporary tag had been altered. Investigation is ongoing.

Location: 17400 block of US Highway 84/285, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Antonio Mendez, 39, Santa Fe, NM

On Friday, March 17, 2017 at approximately 3:04am, Deputy responded to location in reference to an individual attempting to use counterfeit bills. Suspect attempted to exchange two counterfeit bills with the cashier. Once security attempted to make contact with the suspect, the suspect left the area. Case is under review.
