Between February  23, 2017 and March 16, 2017, unknown suspects entered the above listed and took the above listed items.  Case is under investigation.

Location- 600 Block of Simmons Road

Victim reported that he was looking for a tractor on craigslist.  Upon finding a tractor, arrangements were made for him to pay $2,000.  Victim obtained a money gram and sent the funds. A short time later an e mail was received requesting and additional $1,000 for shipping insurance.  Victim attempted to contact the seller, but was not able to make contact.  Case is under investigation.

On March 16, 2017 Above subject was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center on a Magistrate Warrant.

Arrested: Manuel Candelaria age: 25

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance to wit: heroin, Tampering with Evidence

On 03/16/17 the above individual was taken into custody by Adult Probation and Parole on Cerrillos Road in Santa Fe NM for an outstanding Arrest Order. Once arriving at the SFCADF, a baggy containing a black tar substance was found in the above individuals shorts pocket while being searched by Corrections Officers. The substance was placed on the counter and the above individual then lunged for the substance and attempted to ingest the substance. The substance was retrieved. The above individual was booked accordingly.

On 03/16/17 the above individual was placed under arrest at the above location for an outstanding Bench Warrant issued out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court. The warrant was for Failing to Pay Fines. He was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Person Arrested- Mark Gibbs 25 yo Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to the above location regarding a domestic disturbance. Through investigation, it was learned that above listed person had kicked a bathroom door inside of the residence and damaged it during the argument.   Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

Stolen: Subaru Lift Tech Snowboard, with Now Select green backless bindings valued at $1000

Victim reported on March 14, 2017 between 2:30pm and 2:45pm an unknown suspect(s) stole his snowboard from the snowboard stand outside of the ski basin restaurant. The snowboard has unique bright green "Now Select" backless bindings. The cost of the board and bindings is approximately $1,000. This case is under investigation.
