Victim: 72 Year Old Female

On above date Victim advised that the Suspect was intoxicated and wanting to use her vehicle. When the Victim refused the suspect became angry and approached the victim in a threatening manner. Victim stated she was in fear of an immediate battery. Suspect was arrested and taken to Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without further incident.

0216013708-Burglary, Criminal Damage to Property, Criminal Trespassing- 8-30-16

Between 12:00 PM on August 29, 2016 to 2:30 PM on August 30, unknown subjects entered the above location which was posted Private Property and damaged property once inside.  Value of damage is estimated to be $700. Case is under investigation.

Between 1:00 pm on August 28, 2016 and 1:00 am on August 29, 2016, unknown subjects forced entry into the above residence. No items were taken, case is under investigation. Damage to the front door is estimated to be $100.

The above subject was found to be in possession of a suboxen strip during a pat down search while incarcerated. Subject was re booked accordingly

Suspect: Jane Trujillo, 56, Hernandez, NM

Charges: Possession of Deadly Weapon by Prisoner, Bringing Contraband into Places of Imprisonment

On Monday, August 29, 2016 at approximately 11:13pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate who had a knife in their possession. Suspect had brought a knife (Contraband) into the jail, which had been concealed. Suspect was later found in possession of the knife. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Between 12:00 pm and 6:00 pm on August 28, 2016, neighbors noticed an unknown male unlawfully enter the above residence. Upon owner's return, the above items were noted as missing.  Case is under investigation.

Around 8:45 am on today's date (8-29-2016), unknown subject(s) entered a black Lexus through the front passenger door and took the above listed items. During the investigation, the unknown suspect(s) were observed inside the casino by surveillance during the timeframe of the incident. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Dale Webb, 51 years old, Edgewood, NM, 87015

  Santa Fe County Sherif's Deputies responded to a reported assault that occurred on Yorks Road. Contact was made with the victim who stated that her boyfriend was intoxicated and began an argument with her. During the argument the suspect pushed the victim several times. The suspect left the home and fired a firearm outside the home, the victim was not near the suspect at that time. The suspect was located near the home. The suspect was placed under arrest without incident. The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center

0216013604 / Assault on a household member, criminal damage to property of a household member / 08-28-16

Location: 20 Block of Avenida De Melodia, Santa Fe, NM, 87506 ( Tesuque area)

Arrested: James Wininger, 46 years old, Phoenix Arizona, 85086

   Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on Avinida De Melodia in reference to a domestic dispute. Deputies arrived on scene and made contact with James Wininger. James stated he got into a verbal argument with his girlfriend. Contact was made with the victim who stated she got into a verbal argument with the suspect. The victim stated the suspect became violent and chased her into a room at which time the suspect intentionally damaged the door.

 The susect was arrested without incident and booked into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.
