On 09-09-16 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in regards to an unresponsive male. Upon arrival contact was made with the reporting party, who stated he arrived at the residence to check on his father. Upon entering the residence he found his father not conscious and not breathing. Santa Fe County Med 50 arrived on scene, however the decedent passed away prior to arrival. There were no signs of foul play. The decedent has a history of medical illness.

Taken: cell phone with chargers (2)
Victim reported between 6:30 am and 5:30 p.m. an unknown person entered his hotel room and stole a cell phone, and two cell phone chargers. Case is under investigation.

Suspect: Shannel Anaya
Suspect was arrested on multiple warrants and arrived at the jail and was searched by jail staff. Suspect was found to have a white rock substance in her bra.

Suspect: Eli Espinoza, 26 years of age, from Santa Fe
On today's date, deputies were conducting traffic enforcement in the incident area. Deputies conducted a traffic stop and contacted Eli Espinoza. Mr. Espinoza was found to be operating a motor vehicle while his license was suspended due to a prior DWI. Mr. Espinoza was arrested and his vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County's vehicle seizure ordinance.

Incident Location: Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center
Suspect: Joel Montoya, 36 years of age, from Alcalde
On the reported date, deputies responded to the adult detention center in reference to a narcotics violation. A male subject identified as Joel Montoya, was found to be in possession of controlled substances during incarceration. Mr. Montoya was charged and re-booked accordingly.

Suspect: Leslie Bildner Age: 54 Santa Fe
Deputies dispatched to a domestic dispute and learned that Bilner had assaulted a household member by menacing behavior along with forcing entry into a bedroom in a threatening manner. Bildner was booked accordingly.

Location: Interstate 25 mile post 286 northbound
Arrested: Jason Vega, 36-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
on 09-07-16 Mr. Vega was involved in a single vehicle crash on Interstate 25. Investigation revealed he was traveling north when he lost control of his vehicle, went off the road and rolled it onto it's roof. He showed signs of intoxication and was placed under arrest. He refused to submit to field sobriety tests or chemical testing. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Location: Residence in the Santa Fe West Mobile Home Community
Arrested: Victoria Lopez, 42-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 09-08-16 Ms. Lopez was involved in an altercation with a family member at the above location. Ms. Lopez battered the family member and was subsequently placed under arrest. She was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Suspect: Theodoros Niforas
Victim reported that during an argument the suspect her husband slapped her on the side of the face. Suspect stated he hit his wife with the back of his hand. Suspect was arrested on above charges.

Location: 100 Block of Camino Chupadero
Victim stated she left her residence at 8:00am and arrived at 3:00pm and found her door locked from the inside. Victim went to the side of the residence and found a sliding door open. Victim believes her large dog scared the suspect off. No items were taken. case is under investigation.
