Case#: 0216014149, Residential Burglary 9/7/16

Deputies responded to the incident location in reference to a Residential Burglary.  Upon speaking with the victim, she advised that an unknown person(s) forced entry into her storage shed and stole miscellaneous items.  The case currently under investigation.  

 

 

Case#: 0216014138 Felon in Possession of a Firearm 9/7/16

Location: Hills Trail, Arroyo Seco, NM

Suspect: Adrian Martinez 46 years of age, Arroyo Seco

 

Deputies were flagged down by the victim who advised his son was under the influence and was arguing and acting aggressive towards him.  When deputies arrived at the location, the suspect was found to have a handgun on his person.  Through the course of the investigation, the suspect was discovered to be a felon.  The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to the adult detention center without further incident. 

 

0216014132 / DWI,Careless driving, no insurance / 09-06-16

Location: Paseo Rael / Pasea Del Canon, Santa Fe, NM, 87507 ( Le Cienega area)

Arrest: Sebastian Velasco,  25 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87507

   Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a reported single vehicle crash in the area of Paseo Rael and Paseo Del Canon. Deputies arrived on scene and observed a vehicle on its roof. Contact was made with the driver Sebastian Velasco. The driver admitted to driving too fast and loosing control. The driver had an odor of acloholic beverages on his breath. SFST's were administered, the driver showed signs of impairment. The driver was arrest and taken to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office where he subitted to a breath test. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

0216014122-Possession of a controlled substance- 9-6-16

Location- 28 Camino Justicia

Person Arrested- Leopold Carrillo 54 yo Santa Fe

Above listed person was found to be in possession of marijuana when detention staff observed a bulge in the suspects sock. Subject was booked accordingly.

On 09-06-16 the victim reported an unknown individual used her information to obtain services from Dish Network. The services began in March of 2016. The victim has never used Dish Network for any services. The victim could not provide any suspect information at this time. The service location is at a residence in Henderson Texas.

Case #0216014077, Criminal Sexual Penetration

Victim: Female, 26, Santa Fe, NM

On Tuesday, September 6, 2016, at approximately 2:04am, Deputies responded to location in reference to a criminal sexual penetration. Victim advised while at a party that she was raped. Investigation is ongoing.

0216014048/ Criminal Damage to Property over $1,000.00/ 09/05/16

Location: Allsup's Convenience Store- 2 Vista del Monte- Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Criminal Damage to Property over $1,000.00. Assault, Battery, Disorderly Conduct and Shoplifting

Arrested: Jose Atencio  age: 29

On 09-05-16 Deputies were dispatched to a Disorderly Conduct call at the above location. Contact was made with the Manager, who reported the above individual was yelling and using profanity in the store. The Manager stated the above subject spit on him and pushed him while he was trying to get the male out of the store. The above individual also caused a clerk at the store to fear for her safety by his actions. The above individual did make an aggressive movement towards the clerk. The above individual also took a 20 ounce bottle of Mountain Dew and a Bic Lighter from the store without paying for the items. Once outside the store the above individual continued his disruptive behavior and eventually kicked a glass door causing it to shatter. The above individual was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

0216014070- Burglary, Larceny-9-5-16

Location- 100 block of Camino Iglesia

Items Taken- Electronics and jewelry

Between Friday September 2 at 5:00 pm and Monday September 5, 2016 at 7:00 pm, unknown suspects unlawfully entered the above residence and took the above listed items which were valued at $3,160.  Case is under investigation.

Items Taken- Currency, weapon, security safe

Between September 1, 2016 at 6:00 am and 4:00 pm on September 4, 2016 subjects took the above listed items valued at $1,385 from the above listed residence.  Case is under investigation.
