Persons Arrested- Jorge Suarez-Vallejo 30 yo Albuquerque

                              Pedro Garcia Nava 37 yo Albuquerque

Items Taken and recovered- Wood Pallets valued at $400

Deputies were dispatched to the above location regarding a burglary in progress.  Upon contact the above listed persons were found to be loading wood pallets onto their vehicle. It was also found that they had forced entry into the storage area. Subjects were recognized by the manager as previously burglarizing the same location.

Victim reported between September 6th, 2016 and September 10th, 2016 an unknown person entered his residence and stole the above items. Case is under investigation.

0216014355/ Burglary of a Motor Vehicle/ 09-10-16

Charges: Burglary of a Motor Vehicle, Battery on a Household Member, Criminal Trespass

On 09/10/16 Deputies responded to the above address in regards to a Domestic Dispute. Upon arrival contact was made with the victim who reported a family member entered her vehicle and stole money from the victims purse. The victim reported the family member then began striking her. The victim had received a small scratch below her right eye and scratches to her arms. The victim had also advised the above male to leave and that he was not welcome on the property at which time he refused to leave. The above individual was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

0216014395 - Assault Against a Household Member - 09-11-16

Suspect: Brad Boultinghouse – 56 - Edgewood, NM

Charges: Assault against a household member

Victim stated she was sleeping in bed when her husband woke her up and began accusing her of different things. Victim said that her husband locked all the bedroom doors and windows and threatened to kill her.  The Victim was able to leave the house and was hiding from her husband until law enforcement arrived.

The suspect was reported to have been ingesting methamphetamine.

The suspect was arrested and booked for Assault against a household member.

0216014333 - Burglary (Residential) - 09-09-16

Victim stated that sometime between 5:30am and 9:30pm suspect(s) entered her residence and stole a number of items (Nintendo Wii – Samsung Galaxy Tablet – Jewelry – Cash - Other Misc. Items).

0216014341 - Possession of Controlled Substance / Tampering with Evidence - 09-09-16

Location: US-84/285 – 183 Mile Marker

Suspect # 1: Donovan Martinez – 26 – Santa Fe - NM

Suspect # 2: Carlos Salazar Sr. - 40 – Espanola - NM

Charges – Donovan Martinez: Possession of Controlled Substance – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Charges – Carlos Salazar Sr.: Tampering with Evidence

During a check on a motorist with a flat tire one of the occupants of the vehicle (Martinez) was observed to drop a small baggie that contained suspected narcotics (Xanax, Heroin).  While that suspect was being arrested the other suspect (Salazar Sr.) took the small baggie and apparently threw it away.  Dash Camera Video shows Salazar Sr. picking up the baggie from where it had been placed during the search and arrest of Martinez.

Both suspects were booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on their respective charges.

Person Arrested- Mathew Nez 18 yo Santa Fe

While Deputies were investigating another incident at the above address, the above listed person was yelling obscenities at families and children attending an event. Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

Person Arrested- Melanie Trujillo 26 yo Espanola

After Detention Staff conducted a search of the above person and located Suboxone on her person. She was booked accordingly.

0216014325-Aggravated Assault- 9-9-16

Location- 100 Block of Birch Road

At approximately 10:00 PM on September 8, 2016, victim was struck in the head with a board by an unknown suspect.  Case is under investigation.

0216014303-Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle- 9-9-16

Item Taken- 2007 White in color Dodge Charger Bearing NM License Plate KGD525

Between the hours of 10:50 AM and 1:00 PM, suspect entered an employee break room and took the keys to the above vehicle. Suspect then drove off in said vehicle to an unknown location.  Case is under investigation.
