Location- 100 Block of Buffalo Thunder Trail

Between August 23, 2016 and September 20, 2016 unknown suspects forged signatures on two checks and cashed the checks in the amount of $700 at the above location. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Felipe Tena 22 yoa male Santa Fe NM

The above suspect was arrested on two warrants charging failure to comply with conditions of probation out of the Santa Fe Municipal Court. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Arrested: Kyla Jones 26 yoa female (Santa Fe)

The above suspect was involved in a altercation with a household member and found to have battered the victim. The suspect was also found to have a warrant for her arrest out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court. She was arrested and booked without further incident.

Mr. Trujillo was found to have possessed suboxone while incarcerated. He was rebooked into the facility.

Items Taken- AR 15 rifle, 12 gauge shotgun, .357 revolver and currency valued at $3,423.00

Between 6:30 am and 3:00 pm, unknown subjects forced entry into the above location and took the above listed items.  Case is under investigation.

On 09-19-16 the victim reported sometime between 09-17-16 and 09-19-16 an unknown person(s) entered the residence and stole the above items. The tools were described as several Dewalt Power Tools. Suspect information is pending at this time.

It was learned the suspect did have in his possession some Suboxone. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Location: US Highway 84/285 Mile Post 181, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Bret Barranco, 18, Santa Fe, NM

Vehicle: 2005 Green Pontiac Grand Prix

Charges: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Marijuana, Driving While License Suspended, Speeding

On Sunday, September 18, 2016 at approximately 11:38pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to the vehicle having been stopped for speeding by Pojoaque Tribal and the driver had an arrest warrant and was non-tribal. It was confirmed the suspect had an active arrest warrant. Suspect also returned through N.C.I.C. with a suspended license. Suspect also had in his possession several containers with Marijuana and Marijuana pipes. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. The vehicle was towed from the scene and taken to the tow company's impound lot.

It was learned the suspect had in his possession several strips of Suboxone. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
