Above listed subject had called deputies for assistance.  Upon investigation, the above listed person showed signs of impairment and was arrested and booked accordingly.

Between September 28, 2016 and October 3, 3016, unknown subjects took a check from the above address and cashed it at a local bank. The check was for $712.00.  Case is under investigation.

Stolen: 2 Coach Wallets, several pieces of jewelry, and miscellaneous make-up products.

On the above date and time the victim reported her residence had been Burglarized on October 1st, 2016 between 6:30pm and 9:30pm. The unknown suspect(s) through an unlocked rear door. Once inside the residence the above items were taken. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Between 10:55AM and 6:30PM an unknown person(s) entered above residence and took above items. No signs of foul play were observed. All doors were left open. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Michael Course    Age: 31   Chimayo,NM

A Santa Fe County Deputy observed the listed driver operating a vehicle and was not using a seatbelt. The deputy attempted to initiate a traffic stop and the driver fled on foot. The deputy gave chase and apprehended the listed person hiding under a vehicle. The driver was found to be operating the vehicle while his license is revoked with the arrest clause. The vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordinances.

On 09-30-16 the victim reported when she arrived home she found someone entered her residence. The victim stated the incident occurred between 09-29-16 and 09-30-16.  On above date victim reported that the suspect grabbed her and pushed her down onto the bed in their bedroom and began to hit her. Suspect also damaged furniture in the home. suspect was taken to ADC without further incident.
