On this date, deputy spoke with the victim who advised unknown subjects had obtained his personal information and had opened credit card accounts in his name.  Case is under investigation.

Person Arrested- Teresa Sarmiento 50 yo Santa Fe

Above listed person was involved in a motor vehicle crash. Upon running her driver's license, it was found that she was revoked. Subject was booked accordingly.

02316015124/ Breaking and Entering/ 09-23-16

Location: State Road 503- Nambe

On 09/23/16 Deputy responded to the above location in regards to an Breaking and Entering report. The victim reported between 09/15/16 and 09/22/16 an unknown person forced entry into the residence by damage a north facing door. There did not appear to be any items taken from the residence. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Location: Calle Noble- Tesuque

Deceased: 75 year old male

On 09/23/16 Deputies responded to the above location in regards to an unresponsive male. Upon arrival life saving techniques were applied. However, the male subject passed away after being transported by Medics to the hospital. There were no signs of foul play.

Person Arrested-  Cameron Damschroder  24 yo Santa Fe

Deputy was dispatched to the above location.  Upon his arrival, it was found that the above listed subject had punched and bitten a detention officer while being escorted from the booking area to his cell.  Subject was booked accordingly.

Items Taken- Electronics valued at $9,100.

Between September 21, 2016 at 8:00 am to September 22, 2016 at 4:00 pm, unknown subjects forced entry into the above residence and took the above items.  Case is under investigation.

Items Taken- Jewelry, clothing, art work

Between July 2016 and August 2016  unknown subjects took the above listed items from the residence. Items were valued at $7,940. Case is under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location regarding a domestic dispute. Upon investigation it was found that the above listed suspect had battered her partner. Subject was booked accordingly.

Location- 100 Block of Buffalo Thunder Trail

Person Arrested- Frank Archuleta 57 yo Santa Fe

Above listed person was involved in a vehicle crash at the above address.  Driver was found to be impaired and was arrested. Upon doing an inventory search of the vehicle, an open container of alcohol was located. Subject was booked accordingly.
