Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival, deputies located a white in color vehicle with damage. During the crash investigation, the driver displayed signs of impairment and refused to submit to sobriety testing. The driver was arrested and transported to jail where he was booked accordingly

On Sunday, September 18, 2016 at approximately 3:10am, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. While attempting to obtain information of the subjects involved, the suspect provided a name that was obviously not his. Suspect also provided social security numbers that did not return to him. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Location: 100 block of Paseo De Angel, Santa Fe, NM
Victim: Male, 52, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Shooting at or from a Motor Vehicle, Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property.
On Sunday, September 18, 2016 at approximately 1:30am, Deputies responded to location in reference to a residential burglary that was in progress. Deputies learned that an unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the garage by breaking a door and removed motorcycles from the garage. Victim heard noise coming from the garage and went outside to investigate. Suspect(s) saw the home owner and began to drive away and shot a firearm in the direction of the victim. The motorcycles were located in the area and returned to the victim. No one received any life threatening injuries as a result of this incident. Investigation is ongoing.

Suspect: Rick Espinosa, 43, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Assault Against a Peace Officer, Resisting or Evading a Peace Officer, Disorderly Conduct
On Saturday, September 17, 2016 at approximately 11:45pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to loud music that was disturbing the peace of residents in the area. Deputies made contact with the suspect who turned the music back up as they were leaving the area. Suspect told deputies he was going to shoot them if they did not leave. Deputies began to restrain the suspect and suspect pulled away and was fighting with deputies. Suspect was placed in handcuffs, was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without any further incident. No one received any life threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

Arrested: Eddie Lovato, 30-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 09-15-16 Corrections Officers observed two inmates acting suspicious in the Delta Pod. Upon searching the inmates they located Suboxone on inmate Lovato.

Suspect: Richard Brandle, 35, Santa Fe, NM
On Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at approximately 9:00pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate who was found in possession of a controlled substance. It was learned that the suspect had concealed in his possession suspect Suboxone. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Location: 100 black of Santa Fe County Road 84 D, Santa Fe, NM
Deceased: Female, 55, Santa Fe, NM
On Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at approximately 7:43pm, deputies responded to location in reference to an unresponsive female. Female was unresponsive and life saving techniques were administered by medical staff, which were unsuccessful. The Office of the Medical Investigator responded to the scene. There does not appear to be any signs of foul play in regards to this case.

Between August 17, 2016 and September 6, 2016 while victim was out of town, house sitter had friends over and an unknown person took six(6) glass paintings floral design valued at $10, 800. Suspect is pending.

Suspect: Andrew Delgado, 19, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Abuse of a Child, Reckless Driving, Possession of Alcoholic Beverages by a Minor, Failure to Give Immediate Notice of Accident, Driving While License Suspended, No Insurance, Registration Required
On Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at approximately 8:45pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a motor vehicle accident with injuries. The vehicle had been traveling at a high rate of speed, crashed into a barrier and came to a rest off the roadway. Two passengers were with the vehicle, who had minor injuries and one of the individuals was under the age of 18. Vehicle was not registered and proof of insurance was not located with the vehicle. Driver fled the scene prior to law enforcement arrival. Driver was later located and admitted to drinking alcoholic beverages. A check of the suspect's driver's license through N.C.I.C. revealed that his driver's license was suspended. Driver was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one received any life threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

Person Arrested- Dewey Lowe 65 yo Santa Fe
Deputies were dispatched to the above location regarding a male who was cursing at patrons and appeared to be intoxicated. Upon making contact with the property owner, deputies were asked to remove above listed male from the property. The male was removed and returned a short time later. Deputies responded again to the location and arrested the above listed male. While being placed under arrest, the male resisted deputies. Subject was booked accordingly.
