On Monday, September 12, 2016 at approximately 8:47pm, Deputies responded to the area in reference to a motor vehicle that was stuck. Deputies observed the vehicle traveling on Equestrian Trail with it's high beams on. As deputies attempted to make contact with the driver of the vehicle to conduct a welfare check, the driver reversed the vehicle and went off of the road, nearly striking a sign. Contact was made with the driver, who displayed signs of impairment. Suspect submitted to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest for DWI. Suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to submit to a breath test. Suspect provided two breath tests that were 0.16 or higher. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Vehicle was not seized under the Santa Fe County seizure ordinance and was towed from the scene.

Charges: Burglary of a Motor Vehicle, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property
On Monday, September 12, 2016 at approximately 10:03pm, Deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. While the vehicle was parked at location an unknown suspect(s) gained entry by breaking one of the vehicle's windows and removed a purse containing cash, credit cards, along with other miscellaneous items. Investigation is ongoing.

Corrections staff were conducting unit checks and observed the above listed male hiding items on his person. A search was conducted and the above listed was found to be in possession of suboxone. Subject was booked accordingly.

Between 7:00 am and 12:30 pm unknown subjects damaged an electric gate at the entrance of the property. Damage is estimated to be $2,000. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Gary Dickson, 58-year-old male from The Colony, Texas
On 09-11-16 at about 8:40pm Deputies responded to a report of a disturbance in the RV Park. An investigation revealed Mr. Dickson was involved in an altercation with a family member and battered the family member. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location regarding a motor vehicle crash with injuries. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the above listed person. Above listed person admitted to consuming medications prior to driving. Subject was booked accordingly.

Above listed person was observed driving his vehicle without wearing a seatbelt. A traffic stop was initiated and upon running the above listed person it was found that his license was revoked. Subject was booked accordingly.
